For this session we're delighted to be welcoming Shelley Rawlings, Strategic Communications and Campaigns Lead at Buckinghamshire Council. 
Session Outline
Shelley and colleagues scooped the first ever Best Use of Data award at the 2023 UnAwards  for a campaign that delivered a tangible benefit for some of Buckinghamshire’s most vulnerable residents. 
The Helping Hand campaign supported Buckinghamshire residents to get the support and advice they needed from the council and local partners.
Using data to really understand the target audience, and drawing on specialist colleagues, Shelley achieved a 240% increase in alternative fuel applications, a 59% increase in applying for EBSS, and over 2,000 payments made.
Judges commented on the “hugely impressive and efficient campaign”, which made full use of internal and external data and in-house expertise. “What really impresses is the way she personally embraced the power of data to deliver real-world results in an efficient way.”
In this session Shelley will talk about her approach, give some tips for others looking to take a more data informed approach, and answer your questions.

Rachel Neely began her publishing career in 2016 at HarperCollins, before moving to Hachette where she worked as an editor for the next six years, specialising in crime and thrillers along with book club novels and contemporary fiction, most recently as a Commissioning Editor at Orion.

Dr Hutchins has further adapted EMDR to work with clients who have moderate to severe brain injury and he will illustrate this with a specific client video which demonstrates this. Learning outcomes will include:</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">1. For participants to gain a basic understanding of neuro anatomy.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">2. For participants to gain an understanding of different cognitive domains and how these relate to the practice of EMDR and the adaptive information processing theory</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">3. For participants to develop skills in cognitive rehabilitation strategies which are designed to help clients who have cognitive problems.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">4. For participants to learn how cognitive rehabilitation strategies can be used throughout the EMDR standard 8 phase protocol</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">5.
