In today’s busy world more and more people are looking for ways to heal themselves from stress and anxiety. I would like to share with you the energy healing techniques I have discovered and show you how you can help yourself too. The techniques that I offer, such as Yoga Nidra and Reiki do not simply focus on the symptoms you are experiencing but they look at you as a whole person…..how are you doing really? I run group Yoga Nidra sessions from my base at a yoga studio in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, where I also offer individual reiki sessions as well as teaching Reiki. We are excited about our programme for 2022/23 which started in September with a lecture looking at the interface between science and religion given by Revd Dr Lucas Mix. The rest of our programme includes lectures by one of the founders of the Northumbria Community, Revd Roy Searle, economist Dr Eve Poole OBE, Biblical Scholar Prof Paul Foster and finally a lecture (title to be confirmed) by the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams. The dates are all on the What’s On page. We have returned to ‘in person’ lectures but with a zoom option for people to join these remotely (except for the January 2023 lecture which will be zoom only). All the DVD Seminars will be in person only

At ilmburst, we are very excited about launching this project. Excited, because we are passionate about nurturing our children from a young age, nurturing in them a love for their religion and nurturing their spiritual development. The idea for ilmburst began when we found that many of us as parents don’t have the confidence to teach our children their religion. This is due to a variety of reasons. Some of us feel we don’t have the knowledge and ability, others among us don’t have the time to research and prepare the material needed to teach our children and yet others are afraid that they may teach something incorrectly or use inauthentic material. We aim to help change that, in sha Allah. We should all be able to help teach our children in an engaging and fun way. What better way to bond with your children than doing something which is pleasing to Allah? Using the individual skills and talents of our team we have brought together people qualified in Islamic studies, education and teaching experience to create a wide variety of resources across a wide breadth of subjects, which are then designed using professional design software to ensure high quality. Our vision is to help nurture a generation of Muslims who are proud and confident of their Islam, and who then use this confidence to excel academically, into their chosen career paths and be role models within their communities. We ask Allah, the Most High, to grant us all success as parents and teachers, and that He blesses our children and makes them a source of happiness and joy for us in this world and the next.

This is the first of the Kinesiology courses to study. The Functional Kinesiology Foundation Course is simple to learn and practice. It uses muscle monitoring with the principles of Chinese medicine to assess the body and re-balance using physical, electrical, emotional and nutritional techniques. We are passing through interesting times. This is a dimension (one of countless many) where personal and spiritual growth happens through an interplay of dark and light forces. ‘Light’ is an evolutionary force that reconnects us to our divinity, higher frequencies of light and our true multidimensional nature. ‘Dark’ is an anti-evolutionary force that seeks to keep us in separation and locked within a lower density. This is how the game of spiritual growth has been played out within this 3D density dimension. This is all about to change in the coming years. We are coming to the end of a period of great spiritual darkness on the earth. In this period between 1987 and 2030 a great shift of consciousness has been initiated. We are moving rapidly towards a 5D paradigm of existence where the old game of dark and light will no longer play out in the same painful way. The challenge for lightworkers is one of spiritual hygiene and clearing out karmic patterns that can be released to the light. Now is a time of ascension, both for the planet itself and many millions of souls on the planet. Not everyone has chosen this path and many will continue their spiritual growth elsewhere. There are many starseeds on the planet who are waking up to their mission here. In this dense dimension it has been very difficult to maintain a high consciousness. This is because the underlying energetic structures of the earth have not supported it. This has been changing over the past decades as a new high frequency grid has been established on the earth. Many star races have contributed to this new grid, in particular the Arcturians, Pleaidians and Sirians are very active in this regard. This site includes a FREE Online Resource Library containg all of Steve’s work to support those going through the ascension/awakening process. A simpler way of putting it is this planet is going from fear to love, from separation to unity consciousness. This shift has been planned for some time. Many Starseeds have incarnated here to help with the shift. This is not an easy mission as many of you may have gathered. Starseeds come from a higher density dimension and are here to take part in this shift. As you may have discovered 3D density is tough. Some Starseeds have been here for many lifetimes and some are here for the first time. This website offers resources in the form of information, Ebooks, meditations and transmissions to help Starseeds awaken and get on track with their mission here on the earth.
