This mosaic introduction day is an informal creative workshop during which we will make a mosaic plaque providing you with all the skills necessary to start making your own mosaics at home.

This workshop helps you understand the neuroscience behind why working ‘harder’ isn’t the answer to being effective at work. You'll get to recognise your default behaviour and helpful alternatives to managing competing requests on your time. Learn how and when to push back without losing your job or disappointing stakeholders.

This workshop is designed to support staff and organisations in the voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) to consider, plan, and implement personal and professional boundaries in the workplace.

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will learn the basics of silver clay work. You will practice rolling, cutting, adding texture, firing and finishing your pieces. You will leave with a greater understanding of the process and the confidence to continue working with this exciting material at home. You'll leave with a finished piece of jewellery that you can wear proudly or give as a gift! There's nothing quite like making something yourself—and when you do it with silver clay, the process is even more exciting because of how versatile it is. You can create anything from simple charms to elaborate necklaces and earrings. Once you've learned this process, you'll be able to do it at home whenever inspiration strikes!
