Promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and to promote recycling and sustainability practices. Develop training materials that support the rehabilitation of serving and ex-offenders. Our history Seeds for Growth was established in 2006 by people in Tower Hamlets who volunteered in projects to improve health and well-being, particularly for the Bangladeshi community. In 2012 Seeds for Growth expanded its remit to projects in the Criminal Justice Sector. Seeds for Growth has established food co-ops, school fruit tuck shops, encouraged convenience stores to sell more fresh food, supported unemployed people into work, regenerated community gardens and much more. Natural medicine is about reconnecting with nature at a deeper level, along with developing a better understanding of our own innate nature. Nutrition, herbal medicines, flower remedies, lifestyle approaches and nature therapies all form part of my practice. I support individuals and groups who would like to deepen their connection with nature, return to a state of more harmonious flow and experience better health and wellbeing. There are three main strands to my work: One to one consultations These provide you with bespoke support, which includes individualised lifestyle and nutritional recommendations, and herbal medicine that has been specifically formulated and dispensed just for you. It is a mind, body, spirit approach, working with you as a whole, and supporting you to get back on track. This journey usually also involves working from the inside-out; developing a greater awareness of our thinking, of how our thoughts shape our reality and a deepening understanding of the interplay between thought, mind and consciousness.

The Strettons Mayfair Trust began in 1996 when local people provided the volunteer support and commitment to create a community centre out of a residential home that was closing. With the support of South Shropshire Housing Association and 60 registered volunteers, the Community Centre opened in June 1997.What is complementary health? Complementary health means taking a holistic or whole approach to your physical and mental wellbeing. Complementary therapists guide patients in ways that will bring balance and harmony back into every level of daily life. All of the practitioners who operate from Mayfair are fully qualified in their own therapy, fully insured and have been in practice for at least two years. Each one is affiliated to their relevant governing body and practises according to the codes of practice and ethics of that governing body.
