I started my first business in my mid-20s, which wasn’t successful – but by then I was hooked on business. I had several careers, including hairdressing and finally ended up in financial management for the salon. After a meeting with the company’s accountant, I realised most accountants had no business knowledge and that’s where the idea for Murray Associates came from. I wanted to create an accountancy practice that did more than just prepare accounts for the tax man and Companies House. I also wanted my practice to offer exceptional business advice about growing a client's business. But before I could do that I had to study and get experience!! So finally, in 1997, Murray Associates was created. Heading up an accountancy firm, I regularly came across struggling business owners and it shocked me to see so many of them struggle. They all had one thing in common… …they were selling themselves short. By offering exceptional business advice, and our expert accountancy services, my clients quickly began referring to me as the Queen of Profit! During the last 18 years, in addition to our cloud accounting services. we've been specialising in business growth and growth boosting sessions, growth workshops and individual 1:1 consultancy to help ambitious business owners boost their business profits.

We offer customised training opportunities on a range of open courses for a wide variety of job and life skills opportunities through one-to-one learning support, individual learning plan, progress reviews and advice and guidance. We have delivered programmes ranging from privately funded courses to ESA, EFA 16-18, Traineeship, Apprenticeship, Advanced Learning Loan and Adult Education contracts from entry level 1 to level 7. Our excellence in quality assurance, leadership, and project management have enabled the sustainability of our business, timely completion of our learners' courses and in getting to their destinations. Our average success rate since 2014 is ninety-eight percent. Zurbel Training works with local communities such as the Job Centre Plus, Connexions, Advice & Guidance and the Outreach Team in making sure candidates are guided on the right path. Our gratitude to our business partners working with us for our learners' work job placement, 95 per centre. With the support of our centre partners, courses are now delivered closer to learners' vicinity within their community. They also have the opportunity to study from home via our online E-portfolio assessment system. On completion, all our learners supported with progression route into further education or employment, where we offer them workshop activities on their CV writing, confidence building and job interviews techniques. General feedback from stakeholders i.e learners, employers, staff and funders have been so encouraging, in seeing learners achieving their aims. Our main aim is to increase our provisions to the hard to reach target group in the country and to secure direct funding.

Liverpool International SS/ College was established in the year 2010 with the affiliation of Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB), Government of Nepal, to serve the students of Grade 11 (K-11) and 12 (K-12) in Science, Management and Humanities streams. Established originally as a Drop in for local children run by local mothers the nursery grew from this into the setting that we have today, incorporating 3 classrooms alongside a dedicated Drop in which runs daily. The nursery is a registered charity and a not for profit organization. The nursery is run by a dedicated team of managers with Trustees and directors that are made up of parents from the nursery. This system allows all parents to get involved in the running of their child’s nursery both on the ground level and in the management side. The nursery is run by Vivien Moxam & Manisha Gorsia who have both been at the nursery well over 15 years, we are local to the Queens Park area and have worked closely with the community. Manisha Gorsia has been the manager for over 13 years and is passionate about the nursery, the children and is always looking at opportunities to build and develop the team and the practices at Hopscotch, Manisha wants all children to leave the nursery with confidence and the skills to go onto school. Manisha runs the team of 20 staff overseeing them on a daily basis with the help of her deputy and room leaders. Vivien Moxam joined the team over 15 years ago while her own children were attending the nursery & has since come on board as a Company Director. Manisha and Vivien work closely together to ensure the smooth running of Hopscotch, with Manisha being child facing & Vivien’s role is to over see the business aspect of the business.

I enjoyed a very broad experience with Shell UK, spanning logistics and distribution, business-to-business marketing, retail sales, marketing communications and the exploitation of motor sport sponsorships, customer service, operations and career transition. During this time I was also invited to tutor with The Leadership Trust on their Leadership in Management programme. This increased my desire to transform the performance of both executives and senior managers; and by that, to improve organisational performance too. This interest led me to the world of HR and in particular, guiding organisations through down-sizing processes; and supporting people through the redundancy experience – empowering them to become more self-aware and articulate their value to new potential employers. Specialising at executive and senior manager levels, means I make a real difference to them as individuals, drawing out their real values that positively impact on performance, profitability and stakeholder esteem; and therefore benefit new roles or organisations. For over 25 years, I have provided specialist and focused support to executives and senior managers spanning all key disciplines and the entire spectrum of industry, public sector and 3rd sector organisations. My interest is always in finding a better way to help smooth the process; guiding clients in a more professional way through each stage of their career transition – always with high quality and unlimited 1:1 support – and a unique approach supported by technical reasoning and psychological evidence. A qualified, experienced Mountain Leader and Rock Climbing Instructor, I was born and grew up in Hayfield at the foot of Kinder Scout where the mass trespass paved the way for hillwalking as we know it. My grandfather raced at Le Mans with Rob Lawrie, a boot maker who supplied the Alpine Club expeditions and made boots for Hillary’s ascent of Everest. Given this background, it was inevitable I’d be involved in the outdoors. I love this history but am equally excited about helping future generations and those new to the mountains. I’ve worked in the outdoors since 2006. I believe education and learning is vital and that mountaineering can be a powerful tool to develop people – whether this is a long, life changing journey or simply climbing a single peak as one-off challenge. In addition to working as a Mountain Leader and Instructor my expertise in logistics, planning & project management means I have the capability to deliver highly successful events across a broad range of sectors. I provide logistical & event support services for adventurous activities & challenges to a range of customers including charities, schools, private companies & high net worth individuals. I enjoy a range of outdoor, active sports; hillwalking, skiing, climbing, sailing, cycling (on the road) and swimming in open water. I enjoy introducing the next generation to the outdoors – through the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and supporting primary schools. I’m based in Manchester and work predominantly in the Peak District, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales & Snowdonia, but I am UK mobile.
