I landed on the mat in 2016 when I found out I was pregnant with my first baby
and decided to go along to a yoga class purely for physical reasons and to meet
other mums-to-be. I soon fell in love with my practice when I discovered
pranayama, meditation and ayurveda. Yoga is now the focus on how I live my life.
I’m Meghan Hutcheon – mum to two gorgeous girls, wife, lover of travel, outdoor
walks, good food, healthy living, and now a yoga teacher! Since finding my
practice, I have experienced some of the highest of highs in my life so far, as
well as some of the biggest challenges I have ever faced. I have been able to
grow as a person through my practice and I want to spend the rest of my life
sharing my passion to hopefully allow others to experience the peace and
