Our work is underpinned by our core values: 1. Everyone can be empowered to tell their stories using a range of media Our founder, broadcast journalist turned social entrepreneur, Veronica Gordon, has fifteen years’ experience across TV, radio and digital media. Here’s her insider tip: with the right training and support, anybody can successfully tell their own stories in creative and compelling ways. 2. Ethnic and cultural diversity should be recognised, acknowledged and celebrated We believe that everyone should feel represented, included and have a sense of belonging. We are amplifying the voices of black and minoritised communities and making these positive and authentic stories more visible. 3. Authentic storytelling is key to building authentic relationships We teach individuals and organisations skills for authentic, inclusive and impactful storytelling. We’re empowering people to use digital media to create and share stories that reflect their real lives, neighbourhoods and communities. 4. Positive stories lead to positive wellbeing We know that the media’s demonisation and negative portrayal of black and marginalised communities is harming people’s mental health and wellbeing [read our survey findings]. By equipping people with media skills to tell their own stories, we’re making positive and authentic stories more visible. This is boosting self-esteem and wellbeing, while counteracting negative stereotypes at the same time. THROUGH CROSS-CULTURE AND CROSS-DISCIPLINE COLLABORATIONS AND EXPLORATIONS, IMMUTO IMMERSES THE AUDIENCE IN SENSORY SPACES AND LAYERED NARRATIVES THAT CAN CHANGE HOW PEOPLE FEEL, THINK AND ACT - FOR CULTURAL, URBAN AND BRAND ENVIRONMENTS. -- Founder and artistic director of Immuto, Francesca Lando is a visual artist. She creates immersive installations, often inspired by the intersections of science and spirituality and developed through interdisciplinary collaborations. Her fascination with the transformational power of spaces and embodied knowledge is intertwined with the storytelling experience gathered in the marketing world. Her projects play with our senses and sense of self to tell stories that cannot be told with words alone, in a long term research on the themes of identity and union. Art works so far include: Invisible Labyrinth 2021, an installation and video choreography for Spazio Leonardo in collaboration with UNA gallery; Once Upon Us 2019, a cross-disciplinary installation, workshop and debate in collaboration with Queen Mary University and London Festival of Architecture; Light of the Forest 2018-2019, an immersive and sensory installation selected for Art Fair Finland 2019.

'When I started Shadowpath in 2002, I had no idea of its potential. I approached everyday spaces because I couldn't afford to rent the few regional theatres. That turned out to be the best thing for Shadowpath and now everyday spaces are our signature style of theatre producing. Businesses gain a creative boost and access to new customers, performers get a professional opportunity to work in alternative spaces, the community gets more arts and culture programming and Shadowpath connects to community partners and free space! Now that's winning! -Alex Karolyi Land Acknowledgement We celebrate the work and lives of the first artists, the first story-tellers and the first history-makers who have been forgotten or ignored as time marched on. We acknowledge these early Creators that lived on the lands we now occupy. These are the traditional lands and territories of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Wendat, the Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe peoples. The histories of those that previously cared for this land, the stories they told, and the lives they lived remain an integral part of it. In illuminating the voices of The Forgotten we hope to forge a bridge between all people creating a better more inclusive world where each of us is heard and our contributions acknowledged, commemorated and remembered.

Imaginative Drama Classes for childrenHi I’m Becca and I’m the founder and director of Dramabuds. I set up Dramabuds in May 2008 to offer classes that were new, exciting and different. Using my expertise in drama and the creative arts my idea was to create an imaginary play and drama class for the early years and Dramabuds was born! We offer classes for children aged 2 to 10 years, we base our classes around a story theme each week and we get the whole class involved in the action through drama, play, movement and song! Before setting up Dramabuds I learned my trade by studying at drama school and acting in theatres before leading and producing drama, theatre and education projects for arts companies and schools across London and the South East. I have worked with Cardboard Citizens, Cirque Du Soleil and Creative Partnerships on high profile projects. But the birth of my second daughter Eliza inspired me to create drama exclusively for the Early years. So Dramabuds was born in the summer of 2008 in my back garden with my daughter Florence (aged 2 and a half) who loves dressing up as a princess and acting out stories. A year later we were running our classes at venues across SW London and were awarded the runners up prize for ‘ Best new Activity for the under 5’s’in the whole of the UK by What’s on 4 little ones.
