At 18 I moved to the US to study. Growing up in France, the move was about fulfilling my dream of exploring a far-off mysterious land and taking my first bold steps into independent adulthood. My studies in travel and tourism led me to working for a travel agent, which taught me that I enjoyed working with customers to help them find what was best for them. Back in France, I studied and worked in sales, but I soon discovered that I was more interested in helping people find the right product than making money for someone else. So, I transferred into business management and human resources. At the time I didn’t know much about this field, but it was the course that stood out to me as being all about people. When I finished my Masters degree, I realised I wanted to leave France again and spotted an opportunity in London. I started my career working with an empowering manager who gave me the opportunity to develop my self-awareness and grow as a professional. Amongst other things, she offered me to be coached.

The Feminist Library is a large archive collection of feminist literature, particularly Women’s Liberation Movement materials dating from the late 1960s to the 1990s. We support research, activist and community projects in this field. The Library is also an autonomous feminist community space. The Library is trans-inclusive, welcomes visitors of any gender, does not require registration or membership, and provides an intersectional, non-sectarian space for the exploration of feminism. Originally known as the Women’s Research and Resources Centre (WRRC), the Feminist Library was set up in 1975, at the height of the Women’s Liberation Movement (WLM), a time of intense political campaigning and lively collective organising. Since the Library’s beginnings, it has provided a place where women could network and educate themselves, and has become a contact point for women locally, nationally and internationally. Today the Library continues its drive for inclusion and accessibility. The Library is run by a collective of volunteers, with a management structure committed to making decisions by consensus. Let’s Learn Online is a web platform offering online language courses in English, German and Arabic and crash courses on a variety of topics such as law, culture, human rights, economics, Islamic Studies and more. Let’s Learn Online serves as the online platform of three educational centers including the Excellence Center in Palestine, The Excellence Center in Europe – Germany, and the Palestinian Center which is known as “Go Palestine”. The three centers have provided educational programs since 2011, and have thus acquired valuable experience in teaching languages, offering internships and volunteer opportunities, and hosting online Arabic courses. The three centers screen, recruit, and hire specialized teachers with significant experience in the field of e-learning and online education.
