Adding regular yoga practice to your routine can help reduce levels of stress, increase your mental and physical energy and helps support any other physical movement or activities. I also offer one-to-one sessions and small groups of friends and family with a maximum of 6 yogis per class. The studio is a quiet and calming space where you can escape from the busyness of your day. Whatever your age, sex or ability you are welcome in my classes. I aim to help you progress and extend your practice, offering you the opportunity to develop at your own pace and enjoy your time on the mat!
