Whether during my 25 years as a Nursing Officer deploying in 18 countries in the
most austere environments, undertaking innovative research, presenting globally,
delivering training programmes and masterclasses, or one to one and group
coaching, my passion has always been to empower women to find their own voice.
Mindset is everything. I believe that every challenge is a learning opportunity,
every hurdle an invitation to jump higher and never believe what you are told!
Having been told at school that I wasn't intelligent enough for university and I
was useless at sport, I was awarded a 1st class honours, a Masters of Education
with distinction and a PhD… and sprinting and swimming for the Army.
