I believe that to be a yoga teacher takes courage, humility, strength, integrity and knowledge but above all love for yourself and and a passion to serve the collective. I empower women by teaching them yogic techniques that they can then share with others. I listen to and guide women and help them find their purpose in life. I lead women to connect to themselves and others on a conscious level, promoting self love and self acceptance. I support and build community through women’s circles with emphasis on ritual and ceremony to life. My offerings are both online and in-person and include yoga teacher training, yoga classes, mentoring and life coaching. I am a registered Yoga Alliance and Yoga Detour Instructor I am from Halifax, UK and live at Yoga Beach House in France where I host my retreats, trainings and workshops with business partner, best friend and husband James (who is also a yoga teacher, relationship coach and retreat chef). We are excited about our programme for 2022/23 which started in September with a lecture looking at the interface between science and religion given by Revd Dr Lucas Mix. The rest of our programme includes lectures by one of the founders of the Northumbria Community, Revd Roy Searle, economist Dr Eve Poole OBE, Biblical Scholar Prof Paul Foster and finally a lecture (title to be confirmed) by the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams. The dates are all on the What’s On page. We have returned to ‘in person’ lectures but with a zoom option for people to join these remotely (except for the January 2023 lecture which will be zoom only). All the DVD Seminars will be in person only

Studio12 - Raw Talent In the Making Studio12 is an exemplary digital media initiative for people aged 16–30. It provides free access to a production studio, training, accredited qualifications and an Industry Panel of creative professionals. Studio12 run by Leeds Central Library, the space houses a fully equipped studio with a wide range of multimedia, Film, photography, music equipment and software packages. People accessing Studio12 are encouraged and supported to work towards attaining an accredited qualification and portfolios of work.
