Employment (PNPE) and the Ministry of Employment, Civil Service and Labour. This
Framework Partnership Agreement called “Youth Apprenticeship Contract (CAJ)”
relates to the Support Fund for Professional Integration and Reintegration to

Integration and Reintegration , governed by the provisions of Ordinance No.
0009/93/PR of October 1, 1993 and by those of Decree No. 000273/PR/MINTRHFP of

to people registered with the National Center for the Promotion of Employment
(PNPE ). At the end of the talks between the Parties, the latter have agreed to
define in this “Youth Learning” Framework Partnership Agreement the terms and
