In January 2015 I created a leadership training and coaching company (Keith Mallard Training Ltd.) with the aim of supporting people to become outstanding leaders and thereby to “reveal their potential”. Through Keith Mallard Training Ltd. I offer long term training programmes supporting teachers who wish to move to positions of middle leadership and covering all the necessary elements a successful middle leader will need to know. In addition I offer short training sessions for teachers, support staff and governors covering everything from raising achievement and attainment, managing data, preparing for Ofsted and behaviour management. I also offer Executive and Life Coaching for those looking to take their career/lives to the next level. Executive Coaching services are provided to individuals in all sectors of industry, Life Coaching is available to anyone and is provided through either face to face meetings or over the phone. .

Through the experience of countless music lessons as both teachers and students, we have noted the pitfalls which can lead to students becoming demotivated or even giving up on music entirely. We do not want to see students become discouraged by being forced to learn a style or an instrument which is not for them. We believe a student's relationship with music should be allowed to flourish organically around their interests. Raven’s Den was born out of our desire to take our years of practical knowledge and challenge ourselves to address these common issues that we know many music students encounter. Our goal is to help our students cultivate their own musical visions and ideas so that they can become the musician they wish to become. We believe everyone has their own musical story to tell, let us help you to tell yours.

B-inspired Training & Consultants are based in the North West of England. Our training and consultancy services are provided by a range of qualified, experienced specialist practitioners. Our ARC model has previously been accredited by BILD since 2017, and more recently achieved Restraint Reduction Network Approved Certification status through the British Institute of Learning Disabilities – Association of Certified Training (BILD ACT) in March 2020, therefore fully complying with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards 2020. Our aim is to offer personalised support to each learner to develop confidence and competence in their role, enabling them to empower the people they support in a positive way. We promote positive attitudes and values that are consistent with ‘social inclusion’ and Positive Behavioural Support Principles (PBSP). B-inspired aims to support staff working in Health & Social Care and Educational settings to develop skills and knowledge in relation to supporting children and adults who have complex support needs associated with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Dementia, Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health. B-Inspired offers learners and their employers the support and reassurance necessary to protect themselves in a safe and appropriate manner in the workplace. We encourage learners and their employers to evaluate challenging situations with consideration to ethical and legal frameworks. Our training places a strong emphasis on Positive Behaviour Support and the principles of ‘proactive support’, ‘least restrictive’, and ‘last resort’ strategies.

Landmarks started to offer day services and post-16 education in March 1995, where the curriculum was largely practical and land-based, working in farm buildings in Creswell, Derbyshire. Since that time Landmarks has grown and developed its educational offer so that by the time of writing this welcome, Landmarks supports over 150 post-16 and day service Learners, all of whom learn a variety of essential life skills from our five sites located across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. We have changed our curriculum from purely land and animal-based to include several vocational subjects such as; hospitality, catering, cookery, retail, administration and labouring. These additional subjects support our learners to make informed choices about the type of vocations they would like to follow. College life at Landmarks involves being taught in practical, real-life situations, whilst being supported by highly trained and experienced staff who are experts in working with learners with additional needs. It is important for me, as it is for my team, that whilst learners are with us, they focus on developing knowledge, skills and behaviour that makes a real difference to their lives. I hope from reading the case studies and outcomes featured within this website, you can see what difference that focus has made to our learners’ lives. I am extremely proud of all our learners’ achievements, either becoming more independent so that they can attend activities they enjoy or securing employment for the first time in their lives. Indeed, we are so keen to support our learners that when you leave Landmarks, should you need support to maintain employment or seek advice you can contact our dedicated ‘After College, Aftercare’ team. Supporting organisations to minimise corporate threats engages with three key aspects: Education, Legal certainty and added value. Education: TFS operates up to and including level 8, the highest level of the educational spectrum. The domestic regulated UK security sector, for example, is positioned at level 2.
