lounger to lifter - personal training
Lounger to Lifter is a 12 week online fitness course that can be completed in a
gym or from home. This course is designed to take you literally from your living
room couch to a point where you would feel confident and strong enough to
perform compound weightlifting exercises such as squat and deadlift on your own.
As well as that, we are going to aim for you to lose 10% body fat and become
physically and mentally stronger. Unlike other fitness courses, this is intended
on being a very gradual progression. The most important part about getting
fitter and healthier, is that you enjoy the process, that’s what makes the
skills and habits gained from this course last you a lifetime. What is stopping
you from taking the next step? The intension of the course is for you to get fit
and healthy using realistic measures that won’t consume 7 days of your week and
drag you away from seeing family and friends. If you want to achieve your dream
