Our children and families enrich our school with a broad range of languages and cultures, and we place a very strong emphasis on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment which is welcoming to everyone. We offer nursery provision in our Daisy and Sunflower classes, in addition to the 190 places in our Reception, Key Stage 1 and DSP classes. We are absolutely committed to being a fully inclusive school where equality of opportunity is a reality for all and where every child really enjoys their learning. We pay close attention to the different groups within our school to ensure that all - regardless of age, gender, disability, ethnicity or background - are given every opportunity to contribute, learn and achieve to the highest standards. Families work very closely with us to support their children’s learning. We provide adult learning opportunities and support for families during times of need. We believe that values such as kindness, respect, love and honesty are very important and we work hard to ensure the members of our richly diverse and multicultural community live together in harmony. DWS offers possibly one of the most comprehensive training and education aeronautics curriculums in our industry which was designed by commercial airline pilots and flight instructors and trainers who are also drone licensed pilots, on small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) to learn drone technology both on-line and at our school locations. We also teach students how to operate their drones in the field, to obtain careers in this growing industry. We teach students how to start their own drone company inexpensively. Foraging walks and heritage craft courses.FORAGING IS ABOUT MORE THAN SOURCING FOOD AND NOURISHMENT. The Family Foraging Kitchen is a social enterprise dedicated to tackling local food poverty by providing quality and affordable wild food education to the people of Cornwall. As a C.I.C, a percentage of the profit made from our ticketed courses allows us to provide the same educational opportunities to those experiencing food poverty and/or social isolation for free. We believe that all people should have access to wild food education, as well as the confidence to access nutritious, sustainable, local, fresh food. For every walk or course you purchase from The Family Foraging Kitchen – you help to provide a local family the skills to find free food forever. Modern agricultural methods have meant that foraging, once a part of our ancestral daily life, has faded away, replaced by regular family trips to the supermarket. We are becoming more disconnected from the food that we eat. Given the ecological, social, and environmental crises that we now face globally, humanity needs to – rather urgently and radically – examine its relationship with food and how we acquire it. Additionally, we also feel that traditional skills and crafts are in danger of being lost, especially to our children, which is why we also work with a team of local artisans to offer courses that preserve ancestral heritage and traditional skills. Foraging is about more than sourcing food and nourishment. As an activity, it encourages us to get out into the countryside, helping us to cultivate an intimate appreciation of nature, while letting us better understand local history, science, and folklore. It has the potential to bond families, strengthen communities, and re-establish ecological connections severed by modern life. There is also a good deal of fear and misinformation surrounding the use and consumption of wild plants, and we believe that the best way to combat this is to share knowledge, helping communities to understand how their wild environments can be used for good. While our foraging walks, talks, and courses primarily take place across southeast Cornwall and Plymouth, we also have a fixed outdoor education centre for our skilled craft courses, which is based upon the Antony Estate in Sheviock. Here we have an outdoor classroom, covered outdoor work and cookery area, apiary, woodland, orchard, reservoir, and facilities, such a compost toilet – each established in line with our environmental and ethical policies. The facilities on site have been designed and built to accommodate for disabled accessibility. Edinburgh Science Foundation is an educational charity, founded in 1989, which operates Edinburgh Science's Education and Festival programmes. We are best known for organising Edinburgh’s annual Science Festival – the world’s first public celebration of science and technology as a festival and still one of Europe’s largest – as well as our science education outreach programmes, Generation Science and Careers Hive and our community engagement work. Our mission is to inspire, encourage and challenge people of all ages and backgrounds to explore and understand the world around them. As leaders in our field of Science Communication, we work year-round to create and deliver dynamic hands-on workshops and exhibitions and inspirational shows, discussions, debates and performances that continually push the boundaries of public engagement with science. Communication and engagement is at the core of all our work and we strive to ensure that this is embedded in all aspects of our organisation. Festival Our 2022 Festival spanned 9–24 April and explored the theme of Revolutions – lifeforms, lifecycles, revolutionary ideas and solutions to global challenges. This year's Festival saw the return to our family hub at City Art Centre and two major new interactive exhibitions, DataSphere and Consumed, alongside a vibrant and varied programme of other events for audiences of all ages in collaboration with our network of amazing partners. Learning Our touring education programme Generation Science has been providing unique science experiences to schools across Scotland for 30 years. In light of COVID-19 restrictions, this year's programme was made up of pre-recorded workshops, loan kits and make-along boxes which were designed to get pupils out of their seats and involved. Secondary schools careers event Careers Hive was hosted this year on Gather, an interactive online digital platform. Over 2,400 students from over 30 Scottish schools took part in the event, which highlighted the opportunities available to those who study STEM subjects. Worldwide Edinburgh Science also operates a large-scale international programme of work under our Worldwide arm. It regularly presents events overseas and is currently the Major Programming Partner of the annual Abu Dhabi Science Festival, helping to curate, produce and deliver the event. For international partners, the team at Edinburgh Science provide engaging content, curatorial advice on programming and business planning support, along with expert staff and training for local science communicators. Doncaster Book Awards

The Doncaster Book Award strives to promote reading for pleasure among our young people, in order to create a positive attitude towards books and reading and to extend reading choices. This will, in turn, lead to improved literacy levels, better educational outcomes and thus improve future economic prospects for Doncaster’s children. We also strive to provide children with opportunities for new and exciting experiences based around books and reading, to encourage positive social interaction between young people from all parts of the Borough and thus help make Doncaster a thriving reading community. All About Us The Doncaster Book Award (DBA) is a not-for-profit Social Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee. It is run by a committee of five volunteers who give their time free of charge. We are fully inclusive and all our events and activities are open to everyone and free to attend. ALL of the funding generated goes to cover running costs and provide our young people with fun and exciting reading-based activities. We are now into our 14th year of operation and have gone from 13 schools in our first year to over 75 in 2018. The DBA is unique in that it is entirely child-led; the website, logo and slogan have all been originally designed by the young people of Doncaster; they also choose the books on our lists, and they vote for the shortlist and winner each year. No adult gets a say! Our website is designed to give children a voice about what they are reading via our Reviews page and to showcase their activities. We are developing this idea further by providing slots for our young people on our monthly radio show and podcast on Sine FM. We provide an exciting and varied programme of events, activities and competitions that keep the profile of reading high, generate enthusiasm and the idea that reading is fun. These have been extremely varied and have included: visits from hugely popular authors such as Cressida Cowell, Andy Cope, Darren Shan, Simon Mayo, Cathy Cassidy and many more illustrator talks and workshops from artists including Chris Riddell, Viviane Schwarz, Liz Million, Chris Mould and Martin Brown Drama and Dance workshops working with a local theatre company, Talegate Theatre Vlogging workshops Poetry slams Ceramics workshops Sports-themed events ... the list goes on! We are a group of individuals who gravitated towards each other over the course of a number of years as we recognised we had similar values, goals and motivations, the main one being ‘helping others’. Whether you are a large corporate, an SME or one person looking for the light, we are here to help. We have over 35 years experience in the fields of Mental Health, Wellbeing, Psychology and Corporate Training. Sean Heneghan is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and accredited coach. His belief is that each person has the potential to perform at a higher level within their current working delivery, but they are often unaware of their real potential. The most useful training is often as much about enabling individuals to grasp new opportunities to play to their strengths, as it is about helping them to become more aware of ‘new thinking’ that is sometimes necessary to help them challenge areas that they were previously unaware of. He has a passionate belief in people’s ability to learn and change and this comes across in his enthusiastic, trusting and empathetic style. Sean Liddell is an accredited MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) Suicide First Aid (City & Guilds) and Mindfulness practitioner and coach. A naturally empathic motivator, Sean utilises his coaching skills and conversations to challenge and embed learning to effect positive behavioural change. He has helped hospitals within the NHS, school teachers and students, university lecturing staff as well as other organisations experience the benefits of Mindfulness. He has also mentored young leaders from the commonwealth through the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust. He spent twenty years in a corporate role as an Associate Director for Lloyds and HSBC where he developed his leadership skills in sales, marketing, and communications. He was also appointed an official mentor to the Queen’s Young Leaders (QYL) mentoring 2 future leaders from St Kitts and Nevis and Grenada in the Commonwealth. The QYL was established through The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust, in partnership with Comic Relief and The Royal Commonwealth Society as well as speaking at international conferences. Feedback from a recent MHFA course: “If I could have gone higher than 10, I would have, Sean was fantastic in the way the course was presented. The way in which he addressed the topics made many of the attendees so comfortable that even I spoke about things that I did not think I would be able to discuss due to the relaxed tone and area we were in.”

We are IVE (formerly CapeUK) was established as an incorporated company in April 1997 and registered as a charity in April 1999. Inspired by radical new models of creative education, the company was originally set up as a research and development organisation. CapeUK looked to drill down into the creative process and explore how it might be used to drive improvements in teaching and learning. We became influential in relation to policy development and established a national and international reach in relation to championing creativity and professional learning. We also acted as advisors to Government on the importance of creativity and how it might be developed as a transferable skill. By 2014 we realised there was an opportunity to diversify our work and utilise the learning that 17 years of research and development had provided us. It was clear there was significant appetite beyond the education and cultural sectors for programmes that were aimed at developing the creative capacity and competencies of the workforce, and particularly in leadership. We have therefore spent the last 5 years designing and delivering training that aims to teach creativity as a transferable skill and how to create the right environment for creativity to flourish within the workplace, driving innovation, in a consistent and structured way. We also draw out the leadership and team behaviours that are needed to support this. We share the concerns raised by Arts Council England and the International Council of Museums (ICOM) about the risks faced by cultural professionals as well as the threats to cultural heritage because of this conflict and we send our support to all creative practitioners and cultural organisations and institutions affected. 5 June 2020: Stanley Picker Gallery and our partner venue Dorich House Museum recognise we must do more as cultural organisations to be actively anti-racist. We commit to taking immediate steps to implement a clear plan of action to address systemic racism at every level of our organisations, whilst actively seeking and welcoming critical engagement from diverse perspectives in this process. Stanley Picker Gallery at Kingston University is one of the leading university galleries and commissioning venues in the UK, working with artists, designers, students, academics and members of the local community to encourage creativity, learning, research and innovation. Established in 1997 with the ongoing support of the Stanley Picker Trust, the Gallery forms part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio and is a principal cultural interface between Kingston University and its civic communities in South-West London and beyond. From its island location on the Hogsmill River, our venue is a creative hub, a production site and a presentation space that functions as an “expanded studio” dedicated to commissioning and curating contemporary art and design practice, generating a dynamic programme of exhibitions, events and participation activities staged onsite, offsite and online. Appointed each year through public open call, our Stanley Picker Fellowships in Design and Fine Art support a diversity of contemporary practitioners to research, create and premiere ambitious new work, by providing generous grants, free studio space, professional expertise and valuable access to the world-class workshop facilities at Kingston School of Art. The call for applications opens annually in May. Our Participation Programme involves us working collaboratively with schools, colleges, community groups and local residents of all ages, to deliver a range of creative activities and shared learning and professional development opportunities for students, that engage everyone in the life of the Gallery, our partner venue Dorich House Museum and the wider University. As a former primary Head Teacher of three substantive posts and one interim headship, I now enjoy my role in providing independent consultancy support and challenge to leaders at all levels in a wide range of context. I am former School Improvement Partner (SIP) across four Local Authority areas, Ofsted and Diocesan Inspector. I am an accedited and experienced leadership coach and employ a coaching approach to much of my work with the school leaders. I have trained many leaders to become effective coaches and facilitated the implementation of a coaching culture in a number of schools. I continue to facilitate and lead the review of Head Teachers’ performance since its introduction in 2001, across many part of the country. I am tuned into the needs of governors with regard to this and offer training to governors who are new to the process. I have assisted the development of governing bodies in many areas of governance. NICKI BELL Former Head Teacher I first became a Head Teacher in January 1995 and was substantive Head Teacher of three schools and an interim Head Teacher of a fourth. Between my last two headships I worked for four years for a national training company in Cambridge that was, at that time, an affiliated centre for the National College. I was responsible for rolling out a number of a national programmes in the East region, including Leading from the Middle. I retired from headship in 2016. My final school was a three-form entry Infant and Nursery School in Birmingham judged by Ofsted to be an outstanding school. We were federated to our adjoining Junior school which was the lead school in a Teaching School Alliance, (TSA) and I was heavily involved in the CPD element of this. My career has offered lots of opportunities to do exciting things. I was a seconded National College Associate for four years supporting school leadership in the West Midlands. I have been lucky enough to write and deliver leadership training in many different places, the two most distant being in the Middle East and China. I now have two roles. I am Director of Primary Education for a Trust for 40% of my time and the rest of my working life is freelance, frequently working with Alistair. We write and deliver training for leaders, at all levels, in primary schools and develop resources to support head teachers with many of the bureaucratic tasks of headship. Alongside this I do a lot of 1-1 support of schools, acting as an Improvement Partner, supporting HT performance management and providing CPD.

We are London Arts and Health! We support artists, creative practitioners and health professionals across the whole of London and beyond. Promoting excellence and engagement in the field of arts and wellbeing, and extending the reach of the arts to communities and individuals who would otherwise be excluded. Through our activities, we work to promote, develop and support the understanding of what the arts can do to contribute to a healthy society, in London and nationally, and by so doing to encourage the use of the arts in settings beyond the mainstream. We are the leading support sector organisation, advocate and expert for arts and health in London. Our vision is that the power of arts and culture transforms and enriches Londoners’ lives and health. WHAT WE DO We hold industry events, share information and opportunities through our newsletter to 5.5k subscribers, and publicise arts and health activity by sharing on our social media channels that reach around 20k users. We deliver arts and health training and creative wellbeing sessions to health care staff to bridge between the arts and the health sector. We are a member led organisation and have spent a lot of the past year talking and listening to our members. We have focused on digital solutions during the lockdown and explored ways of supporting a sector in crisis. We undertook in-depth research of our beneficiaries and developed a tool for practitioners, the Digital Sandpit. We created and launched a new digital tool, pARTner up to support the Thriving Communities Funding bid, which encourages cross-sector partnerships and supports cultural organisations of any size to be on an equal footing. We have recently released a new website commissioned by the GLA, containing the Arts and Culture Social Prescribing Mythbuster Guide. The resources include information, resources, case studies, podcasts and an animation for anyone interested in cultural social prescribing in London. We deliver a yearly Creativity and Wellbeing Festival that went from a small London festival to national in 2019 and saw over 50,000 attendees taking part in around 600 events. The week is held in partnership with the Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance. For ten years much of our work has been supported by Arts Council England and we are proud to hold the status of National Portfolio Organisation.
