Whilst recruiting for top schools from 15 different countries, we took time to really understand the process and explore any challenges so that we can create solutions as well as make the process less daunting. Just Another Label (JAL) primarily works with production music and over nineteen years has focussed on supplying electronic, urban and pop music to many established Production Music Libraries. JAL entered into the music industry in 1992 and has since been involved in many ventures across the industry as a recording company, commercial publisher, production music library and third party administrator. From 1992, through JAL and many other labels, the company released a multitude of records on vinyl, CD and digital formats, enjoying great acclaim in the underground UK dance music scene. We proudly received an Ivor Novello in 2003 for "Best Original Music For Television" for the Channel 4 production Feltham Sings From 2005, JAL slowed down their release of records and progressed into the production music industry. They have since supplied mainly electronic music to the production music libraries of companies including Extreme Music, Warner Bros, Universal and EMI. JAL has always had a keen interest in the community and has spent time volunteering to deliver music-related projects to young people alongside youth-groups and various local councils. JAL has also delivered musical and music industry themed workshops with tutors at further education colleges in addressing subjects including diversity, equal opportunities, prejudice and discrimination. We are currently expanding into multi-media productions to offer comprehensive services in the audio/visual industry. Within the music sector JAL provides photography and video services to organisations and artists for production of viral content and marketing propaganda.

Inspiring a deep, flexible understanding of mathematics through rich, diverse learning experiences. I See Maths deepens children's mathematical experiences. Resources and training make learning visual and deep, helping children to build understanding through a range of purposefully sequenced learning experiences. The I See Maths resources provide a range of opportunities for children to deepen their understanding, applying their skills flexibly in a range of contexts. I See Maths allows teachers to put problem-solving at the heart of the mathematics curriculum. Training shows how children can learn to understand the deep structure of different problem-solving tasks and how children can make connections between different problem-solving experiences. Using the I See Maths resources, teachers can immerse children in a wide range of exciting, thought-provoking challenges. NCETM-accredited training events, led by Gareth Metcalfe, give teachers the knowledge, skills and resources to deepen and personalise the mathematics curriculum. Training focuses on showing concepts visually, breaking learning down into small, purposefully sequenced steps and providing children with extended, challenging learning experiences. Gareth has been teaching since 2004 and is a former Assistant Headteacher. Currently he is working in a range of schools, teaching classes from Nursery-Y6, helping schools to put reasoning and problem-solving at the heart of learning. I See Maths enables children to be intellectually and emotionally engaged by mathematics. We hope that I See Maths helps you to build an effective, inspiring maths curriculum.

We have over 700 members drawn from manufacturers, distributors and installers of timber doors, windows, conservatories, staircases, furniture, all forms of bespoke, interior and architectural joinery as well as suppliers to the industry. The woodworking sector as a whole is a £3.8 billion industry operating at the heart of UK manufacturing. The Federation strives to provide the best possible service to our members and to ensure that service represents the best value for their subscription fee. Central to the BWF is our Code of Conduct, against which all members are audited. About Be The Change Be The Change is an award winning youth organisation based in Bolton. Our name reflects our commitment to developing young people who are a positive force in their community, and bringing people together who represent Bolton in all its diversity. We started out delivering weekly football sessions, and our work has expanded to include a range of sports and arts programmes, knife crime prevention workshops and mentoring activity.
