I started my journey 24 years ago in a single room within a leisure centre. The desire to consistently improve and evolve my business led to me taking over a failing spa in St. Albans. My sister Leena and I dedicated ourselves to creating a business named Healing Hands, which revolved around healing and helping others. Following this, a sister spa soon opened, named Healing Hands Prana Spa, where more aesthetic treatments were offered. I have always tried to be at the forefront of the industry, and in the early 2000s I recognised the industry was evolving towards anti-ageing, laser, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Prana Spa was one of the first spas in the UK that owned a laser hair removal machine. Prana Spa was soon ready for the next step and in 2017 it expanded its clinics, academy and skincare internationally under the name Revival with the help of my two sons Alex and Lloyd. Over the last 18 months I have travelled around the world launching a new skincare range, opening clinics and academies, consulting on different franchising projects and have given key note talks in Thailand and at Professional Beauty London.

He has been a therapist to many high-level performers in performing arts, the media and business. He has been a highly regarded teacher of clinical hypnotherapy for over 30 years gaining many awards for his teaching and a vast number of testimonials. He has been a hypnotherapy educator to a wide variety of health professionals including writing and tutoring the first official training in hypnotherapy in the NHS in 1992, teaching at the Royal College of Nursing in London. Dr. Butler trained in experimental neuroanatomy, neurosurgery and neuroscience methodologies and carried out research in medical science specialising in the field of neuroendocrinology, in which he holds a doctoral degree from the University of London. He has lectured in higher education for over 30 years and has taught medical psychology, neuroanatomy and medical neuroscience in medical education. He has taught psychological therapies specialising in clinical hypnosis for over 30 years, teaching in the UK and other countries. This included writing and tutoring the first official training in clinical hypnotherapy in the NHS in 1992, at the Royal College of Nursing in London. He is an instructor in surgical applications of hypnosis and has taught clinical hypnosis applications to surgeons and anaesthetists in a course accredited by the Royal College of Anaesthetists.

My journey into the world of speech and language therapy came at a time when I needed help in developing my daughter’s speech & language skills. Whilst we worked with the NHS, who did the best they could with the resources available, it became apparent that she would need more for her to progress. I felt it was up to me to open up her world further to encourage and develop her comprehension and expressive language. As a parent when your child is non – traditionally speaking it is difficult to understand how to help them and this can be extremely frustrating. Working with my daughter has inspired me to help other parents and children in similar circumstances. Using my skills as a professional and a mother I am able to empower parents/caregivers on the best way they can help their children. Being a proud mum to my autistic daughter has taught me so much but mostly understanding that as parents it is our responsibility to ensure that our children develop the necessary life skills to become young confident people and in doing so a big part of this is being able to recognise when ‘you’ as a parent need help to ensure all their needs are fully met. As a Speech & Language Associate Practitioner I currently run a Speech and Language clinic (Happy Chatters Speech & Language) in Northwest London. I work with children within the early years settings and specialise in working with children on the Autism Spectrum. I am fortunate to work alongside highly professional Speech & Language therapists to ensure a holistic approach in delivering personalised models.
