All courses are fully compliant with The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and The Animal Welfare Act 2006. CPR skills are taught following the latest RECOVER guidelines. Hello!  My name is Lucy Filce, I have been practicing Pilates since 2000 & qualified as a teacher in 2007.  My journey has taught me that Pilates heals.  It is a wonderful system of therapeutic exercises that I have seen recover people from their pain.  In 2007 I was using Pilates for fitness; teaching group classes with the aim to get strong & flexible.  As the years have passed I have found that the majority of my attendees come for rehabilitation.   As I came into to more contact with these conditions I trained as GP Exercise on Referral specialist in 2022.  I have also been keeping in touch with the latest practices in knee, hip, foot, spinal and shoulder surgery by attending regular educational lectures with the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham and Birmingham Knee and Shoulder Clinic since 2017.
