My background, working with teens and young adults, began with 10 years in youth recruitment, helping over 650 youngsters get their first job and start on the career ladder After that, I moved into training, facilitating employability and key life skills qualifications to give school leavers the confidence to step into the world of work. My role also involved delivering sessions to secondary school students on career-based topics, where the idea of creating The Future Toolbox was born. Outside of The Future Toolbox, I’m a keen runner (completing numerous half marathons and marathons), love writing (you have to being an author), a budding artist and a seasoned traveller. I’m passionate about helping to inspire young people to gain the life skills they need to become their best ever selves, it’s so rewarding.

Following graduation she worked as a Financial and Business Analyst for Citigroup and Thomson Reuters in the City, liaising with European banks. Returning to her love of languages, she launched her first academy in Cardiff before later opening in Bristol and London. Drew is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Gujarati and conversational Italian.

Stage 1: Hayley Poppleton, a qualified teacher from Cambridge University studied the impacts of tuition on student engagement and performance. Her dissertation found small-group tuition, delivered in-person, develops students' critical thinking and analytical skills far beyond one-to-one learning. The small-group environment creates a positive, competitive space, for the 'best learning' to be shared amongst students meaning each child hears the 'best response', the 'best answer' or the 'best method' from their peers. This practice increases the working grades of the group, who subsequently out-performed students receiving one-to-one tuition. Stage 2: Hayley further investigated how specific learning techniques in the small-groups could progress students further. Hayley found when tuition was delivered in a fun, engaging and hands-on way, making resources tangible and memorable students were significantly more engaged, remembered the learnt materials for longer periods and performed better than students who learnt from online resources. Her dissertation and findings received a distinction and an honoury message from the Dean at Cambridge University's Education Faculty. Stage 3: Other parents started to notice the improvement in their child from Hayley's small-group tuition method which led to Elite Tuition Cambridge. Today, we have helped over 115 students in Cambridgeshire by getting them to love the learning experience and progress beyond their targets.

Jabberjacks have been delivering providing our unique brand of fun-filled kids party entertainment, private nursery sessions and developmental activity classes for toddlers in the Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Bramhall area, where it all started, for over sixteen years! I began my Jabberjacks career as a Party Leader and when both my children have started school I took the opportunity to buy the East Cheshire franchise where I live, as it is the perfect way to combine working in a job I love, along with looking after my young children. I’m very proud of the fact that Jabberjacks are Cheshire’s best loved children’s birthday party entertainer and EYFS activity class provider. We deliver children’s party entertainment in Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Alderly Edge, Bramhall, Poynton, Marple, Prestbury, Cheadle Hume and everywhere in between. I also offer developmental activity classes for toddlers in Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Bramhall, an well as at Let Loose in Hazel Grove, Stockport. Hi, I am Scott and I started Wee Wobblers in 2017. The inspiration for the classes was my love of cycling and teaching my daughter Ayla how to ride her bike. I have always loved Ayla taking part in group learning and classes and when I looked for something like Wee Wobblers there was very little being offered in Scotland. I started in Paisley Lagoon in 2017 offering two classes, very quickly this became three and then to meet the demand we started to offer Sunday sessions in Renfrew. Speaking with the parents in the classes I realised that people were travelling from near and far to our classes which gave me the confidence to expand. Fast forward to today and Wee Wobblers has expanded across the West of Scotland offering classes in 6 areas with a total of 23 classes a week!! We are very lucky to have a great team of instructors who all have a passion for teaching children how to cycle. All our areas follow the same structure and lesson plans as our formula for teaching the children has proven to been highly successful.
