We work in two ways:
1. We certify coaches, consultants and trainers in our emotional intelligence
assessment suite so they can dramatically enhance their credentials and
credibility in applying Emotional Intelligence (EI) inside and outside of the
workplace. When you become a Genos Certified EI Practitioner, you can coach,
train and develop emotional intelligence, resilience and leadership skills.
2. We deliver our wide range of learning journeys and modules directly to
organisations in the areas of emotional intelligence, resilience, leadership,
psychological safety, mattering, leader as coach and more.
