The Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust (DGAT) is a multi-academy trust established by the Diocesan Board of Education (DBE) in 2012. The Trust is part of the wider family of Church of England schools in the Diocese of Gloucester. More information about Diocesan Schools can be found here. Our purpose is to provide children of all faiths and none, with excellent educational provision which transforms lives within a caring and supportive Christian ethos. Our family of schools is fully inclusive and welcoming to all. There are currently 18 primary schools and one infant school within the Trust. Eighteen of the 19 academies have a religious designation as Church of England schools. All of the academies are located in Gloucestershire Local Authority. Supporting the spiritual, moral, social, cultural and physical development of each child, as well as maximising their progress, achievement and attainment to ensure their intellectual growth, is key. In tandem with this is the drive to support and develop the staff within the family of schools. In order to build strong learning communities, the Trust ensures that schools are confident and outward-facing in all that they do, building strong, effective links with parents, parishes, local schools, community groups and the wider educational community. Open Yale Courses (OYC) provides lectures and other materials from selected Yale College courses to the public free of charge via the Internet. The courses span the full range of liberal arts disciplines, including humanities, social sciences, and physical and biological sciences. Registration is not required No course credit, degree, or certificate is available through the Open Yale Courses website. The online courses are designed for a wide range of people around the world, among them self-directed and life-long learners, educators, and high school and college students. The integrated, highly flexible web interface allows users, in effect, to audit Yale undergraduate courses if they wish to. It also gives the user a wide variety of other options for structuring the learning process, for example downloading, redistributing, and remixing course materials. Each course includes a full set of class lectures produced in high-quality video accompanied by such other course materials as syllabi, suggested readings, and problem sets. The lectures are available as downloadable videos, and an audio-only version is also offered. In addition, searchable transcripts of each lecture are provided. Who Leads Open Yale Courses? Diana E. E. Kleiner, Dunham Professor of History of Art and Classics and former Deputy Provost, is Founding Project Director and Principal Investigator of Open Yale Courses. Professor Kleiner brings to the project a wealth of experience in the development of Internet educational offerings as well as her long-time experience as Yale professor, scholar, and administrator.

Cultures CIC was formed by Sade Sangowawa and commenced trading as a Community Interest Company (CIC) In 2007. Based in Stockton-On-Tees, Cultures CIC works with individuals and groups from BME, migrant and Refugee communities to improve social, economic and cultural inclusion and build social cohesion. The company is involved in a number of long and short term community projects across the following themes: Improve employability; Promote equality; Break down barriers; Improve access to services and; Delivering cultural awareness raising seminars and conferences. Since 2007 Cultures has become a valued community resource and has established its credibility as a public service provider for out-sourced service provision. We have also been very successful in delivering a number of other projects for job Centre Plus, Learning & Skills Council and Stockton Borough Council via the Five Lamps Organisation and The Taste of Africa event, which is now considered a regional event with an increasing audience, attracting people from as far as London. We understand the difficulties faced by migrants when they migrate to another country and through our services we aim to help them understand the new culture and way of living, the public service structure and their rights and responsibilites. Our strategic aim is to ‘Advance the economic, social and cultural integration of disadvantaged BAME, Refugee and migrant Communities’. Our staff and associates have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the specialist fields within which we work.

The College of International Education (CIE), located in the heart of Oxford, has been offering a range of short courses in English as a Foreign Language (EFL), exam preparation, 1-1 tutorials and a range of content and language integrated learning (CLIL) courses on a number of subjects since 1974.
