I joined Malet Lambert in 2014 as a Deputy Headteacher, before becoming Head of School in 2016 and, therefore, I now know our pupils, staff and community well. From our thorough transition process in Year 6 through to the close mentoring and support for our pupils taking public examinations in Year 11, we put the needs of individual pupils at the heart of everything we do.  When I experienced kinesiology for digestive issues, it literally changed my life for the better. My digestive discomfort disappeared, I had more energy and felt the recommendations given for dietary choices improved my health and wellbeing. From that moment, I was determined to learn and train as a Kinesiologist to support friends, family and clients with health conditions. Having practised kinesiology for over 10 years, I have supported clients with varying health problems including digestive, fertility, hormonal, stress, structural/joint issues, skin conditions as well as clients in pain. I love seeing the progress of individuals who have felt the benefit of the session. I give guidance and support for lifestyle and nutritional changes so clients can make informed decisions on improving their health and wellbeing. I am also passionate about delivering both the Foundation and Diploma courses in kinesiology. I provide personalised courses to suit all levels of expertise and tailor the course to suit your individual needs and requirements. Whether it's learning the foundation course to add muscle response testing and techniques to current qualification or for supporting family and friends, foundation Kinesiology is a great starting point for balanced health. Moving forward onto the professional Diploma qualification is also an option as a new career opportunity. It is fantastic to see students I have taught, grow to become confident practitioners, progressing into their own specialised careers, often moving forward onto learning the diploma!

Partnered with the Children’s University at the University of EAFIT (Universidad de Los Ninos de Universidad Escuela de Administración, Finanzas Instituto Tecnológico) in order to volunteer its skills, knowledge, and talents to expanding the reach of Children’s University via digital learning throughout not only Colombia but the whole of Latin America. Background of GeeLearn Ltd. and its Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative: Online Science Education for Children: Colombia to Latin America 2020 – 2023 GeeLearn Ltd. is a social enterprise headquartered in The Melting Pot, “Scotland’s Leading Centre for Innovation”. This volunteer effort for EAFIT Universidad de Los Ninos on behalf of GeeLearn Ltd. represents a social good and comprises a major part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative over a period of three years. The CSR initiative was approved by the company’s board of directors in the Autumn of 2020. Edge of Play, formed in late 2017, is an online coaching resource, providing football coaches with hundreds of football coaching videos from the grassroots and professional game. Our website is subscription based and features videos from grassroots coaches, elite level clubs, academies and professional players all sharing exciting ideas and insights. The site allows you to link in with your social media profiles to share content with peers, clubs and players. Our vision is to build a global, inclusive, online community of coaches: learning, interacting and creating, together. It is through our work with our clubs, that we have become acutely aware of the challenges facing amateur, semi-pro and even professional coaches. We know that in coaching (like most other jobs) people are always looking for new content to ensure their players remain in love with the game; to keep them engaged, learning, developing, and most importantly having fun. However, we are also aware that not everyone has the same circumstances, opportunities, or environment in which to coach. Therefore we are to provide the best service for the lowest cost! Whether you are a professional, academy or grassroots coach, or simply a mum or dad wanting to practice with your son or daughter in the back garden, Edge of Play will provide the same inclusive experience.
