Terri has worked in the industry for over 30 years and has enjoyed great success working with Reebok, Daily Record, Scottish Slimmers and most recently Westender Magazine Glasgow, to name just a few. During that busy time Terri also enjoyed a post as a beauty therapy and makeup artistry lecturer at various colleges in Scotland and is still lecturing part time at City of Glasgow College. Here at you School of Makeup we have a small and intimate learning environment with classes comprising from only 4 to 6 students (excluding the Girls day Out course.) We have carefully tailored our courses to the needs of busy men and women who are in the industry and also for people who just need to be pampered. I was immensely proud to be appointed Principal of The Edge in 2018 and am thoroughly enjoying what is now my fifth year in role- I live locally, was born and bred in Northfield and have a great affinity for the academy having initially joined it as Vice Principal before becoming Principal. Prior to joining The Edge, I started my career as a French teacher, became a Head of Year and went on to work on senior leadership teams for ten years in three secondary schools in Nottinghamshire and the West Midlands. The Edge Academy aims to be a welcoming, stable and friendly place for our students. Since our establishment in 2006, our vision has been to actively help people achieve a better quality of life. Our sole goal is to serve the community through the quality of support we have been renowned for. We aim to motivate and mobilise individuals to achieve their social and work-related goals. We also know that through this notion, we can have a positive effect on the local economy. In addition to our free classes, we deliver English language courses in Chorlton, Manchester as well as Sheffield. Our private English language classes in Manchester and Sheffield are accredited by the British Council. Community Revival (UK) is a not-for-profit voluntary organisation, limited-by-guarantee. As our name implies, we exist to refresh and revitalise the local community with a range of projects including, training, education, employment, recreation and social activities. Most of our beneficiaries are from the BME community with the majority being women, however Community Revival engages with all sections of society irrespective of background. Over 2000 students have completed English courses with us, improving their confidence, self-esteem and employment opportunities. We also promote social activities to improve social cohesion.

Share teaching, research, capital and human resources across the consortium. Focus on teaching core curriculum subjects (English, Maths and Sciences). Use digital, creative education and training as well as heritage studies as media for teaching core curriculum subjects. Provide high quality, academically relevant extra-curricular enrichment activities across the consortium.
