<p>The practical assessment must be carried out by the Tutor during the relevant part of the course for all candidates. This is to ensure that every candidate can demonstrate their individual understanding and correct method for: </p>

	<li>The thorough appraisal of contractor documentation and methods.</li> 
	<li>How to carry out inspections of an enclosure and hygiene unit both prior to works and post remediation.</li> 
	<li>An understanding of the roles played by the various parties including the client, contractor's contract manager and supervisor, HSE Inspector/EHO, analyst and TU representative, etc and appreciate the pressures and demands on various parties during an asbestos removal project.</li>

<p>This is an open-book examination comprising of approximately 35 (140 marks) short answer questions illustrated by photographs and diagrams as appropriate to be answered in 120 minutes. The examination covers sections 1 and 2 of the syllabus, with achievable marks in proportion to the time allocation given on the front page of the syllabus and is overseen by a BOHS invigilator. The overall pass mark is 55% with a requirement to reach at least 45% of the available marks in each section of the syllabus.</p>

At Xesto, he leads projects that focus on applying cutting edge research at the intersection of spatial analysis, differential geometry, optimization of deep neural networks, and statistics to build scalable rigorous and real time performing systems that will change the way humans interact with technology. In addition, he is a Ph.D candidate in the Mathematics department at UofT, focusing on applied mathematics. His academic research interests are in applying advanced mathematical methods to the computational and statistical sciences. He earned a Bachelor's and MSc in Mathematics, both at the University of Toronto.</p>

The fines issued for these non-compliances total over &pound;570,000 plus costs. The absence of staff training, or requirement to complete additional training, was noted in a number of these cases.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Many of the breaches resulting in enforcement action involved failures by the fee earners to conduct appropriate due diligence, adequately check the source of funds and/or wealth or recognise and report red flags. As highlighted by enforcement action being taken against individuals as well as firms, fee earners cannot hide behind their firm when AML failures occur and may be held personally accountable by the SRA for non-compliances with the MLR 2017.</p></span><span dir="ltr" id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span dir="ltr" id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text);
