Welcome to 4wellbeing, my website to show you the complementary therapies I offer to encourage you to gain a greater sense of wellbeing. I am able to offer Hatha Yoga classes, 121 Yoga sessions and Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness classes and a light touch therapy called the Bowen Technique. I am an experienced practitioner, qualifying as a homeopath 20 years ago, adding the Bowen Technique to my skills in 1999 and becoming a BWY yoga teacher in 2008 and have been practicing yoga for nearlly 30 years. I have just moved to Buxton in the High Peaks after having a successful practice in Kent based around Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. I am able to offer yoga/mindfulness classes and Bowen Technique in Buxton, Glossop, Chapel en le Frith, and New Mills. I also like to offer these classes to charities supporting mental health, carers and young offenders, and work within schools teaching mindfulness.

For me, Yoga is a path of self-discovery and growth. It's a journey through our deepest emotions and inner landscapes. Journey from Doing to Being, from forcing to softening, resisting to allowing. Yoga teaches me to live my life with greater gratitude, deeper love and kindness, and to notice the sacredness of the world around me. As a teacher, this is what I want to share with my students. Our limitless capacity to love and be loved, our ability to find joy and transformation through connection with our truest body nature, wilderness that lies within and through the practice of simply Being. As Headteacher of Altrincham College I count myself very fortunate to be leading a happy school where all members of our community are valued for the contributions they make, enabling them to flourish in complex and demanding times. Students who attend our school are immersed in an exciting, well-rounded education; they are able to access a curriculum where they have fun and which sets them up for achieving excellent outcomes for themselves, establishing them as lifelong learners and future leaders in whatever field they choose to go into; they are free to question, nurturing their curious minds and they take educational risks in order to make sense of the world.
