This is the second of two courses we are running this year covering the Dragon Dao Yins. Over the course of the weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will be exploring this ancient practice, designed to physically and energetically open the spine and purge both body and mind of pathogenic Qi. This can be understood as the debris of the mind that becomes lodged in the body via stress or trauma, causing stagnation and blockages.&nbsp;While challenging and relatively intricate, the practice can be extremely therapeutic and rewarding. It is especially good for the overall health of the spine, which impacts the health of the entire body. It is also an essential part of the Nei Gong process, which is a deep and transformational spiritual practice and essential for anyone trying to develop themselves in the internal arts of the East.&nbsp;The Dragon Dao Yins come in a set of four sequences of which two will be covered over the course of the weekend. Although you do not need to complete the full set to gain the huge benefits from these practices, the opportunity to do so is available with another course running, which covers the first two sequences. Weekend Course Covevering The Taoist Practice of Dragon Dao Yins

Over the course of this weekend, with sessions running from 9am to 4pm on both days you will begin your journey into the ancient transformational process known as Nei Gong. Nei Gong is an internal art of self cultivation and the pathway toward deep spiritual awakening. It is a physical practice, which can be very demanding but with great rewards for the body and mind and ultimately for spiritual elevation.&nbsp;Over the two days of practice you will be introduced to Wuji, the key standing posture for the Nei Gong process, concepts of sinking the Qi, dan tien formation and the correct qualities of mind and breath. We will also cover some Dao Yins, which work to open up the body creating more space for the blood and Qi to flow and begin to connect the soft tissue networks in the correct way.
