About Me In 2013, my journey took me to Asia, where I delved into the profound practice of Reiki. Since then, I've become a licensed Western Usui Reiki Practitioner and Master Teacher, as well as a Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Reiki has been transformative for me, leading me back to a place of joy and spiritual connection, and this journey continues to unfold. In addition to my Reiki practice, I've expanded my expertise to include CranioSacral therapy and Silent counseling. These modalities have enriched my understanding of holistic healing and deepened my connection to the inner wisdom of each individual. My exploration of healing led me to discover the profound properties of mother nature's plant medicine, Ceremonial Cacao. I've immersed myself in its healing potential and have been deeply moved by its ability to facilitate transformation and inner growth. I'm passionate about sharing these healing modalities with others and guiding them on their own journeys of self-discovery and wellness. Together, let's explore the transformative power of healing and reconnect with the joy and harmony within ourselves and the world around us.

Before mindfulness entered my life I have been almost constantly judging myself for my actions and the desire for perfection was burning inside. It felt like I was in a constant race to achieve the goals I had set for myself without being able to recognise any of my achievements. Due to the pressure, I put myself under I wasn’t able to relax and enjoy myself in the same way as those around me. So when my corporate company launched the first Mindfulness training I hurried up to sign up… When I started practicing mindfulness, I shifted my attention to the present moment and fully tuned into myself. It helped me to open up in a non-judgemental way to the present moment; acknowledge my old thinking patterns and transform them into new and more powerful ones. I quickly became a mindfulness fanatic and started to train to delivering mindfulness training and coaching.

Between 1998-2002 I have studied and graduated Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbology and Tuina) in an incorporate study program between Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. During these 4 years of study I was privileged to be exposed to many different methods of healing and therapy and took additional classes outside the TCM frame. I’ve graduated Shiatsu therapy and practised daily Qi Gong and meditation. This is when I first experienced and immediately fell in love with Yoga. In 2012, 14 years into my Yoga practice of different styles, I decided that I'm ready to share my love for Yoga, and embarked on many different training: Vinyasa, Prana Flow, Teen Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Naada Yoga including Gong Mastery, Sound Energy Medicine and Kirtan leadership. I am now teaching my own style, a combination influenced by my many teachers and incorporating the full range of disciplines I studied over the years. My aim is to create a space where we can practice yoga in its many aspects and at any level. A place where one can focus on one’s Self and feel safe and capable to allow physical, emotional and spiritual growth.

Based in the Heart of London's Shoreditch, F+A is a conscious-led business that spans a two floor converted warehouse - The LG floor houses our Alchemy Studio hosting a full schedule of classes from yoga + meditation to advanced spiritual workshops focusing on astrology, tarot, shamanic healing, sound healing, reiki, and everything else in between. The ground floor comprises of our retail area selling ethically sourced crystals and organic herbs, as well as wellness products; and our coffeehouse with its range of the usual brews, plus functional mushroom drinks, blue lotus tea and sacred cacao (ours is the only coffee-house in London serving ceremonial grade cacao + blue lotus tea ready to drink, over the counter).
