HOME / ABOUT Welcome to the New Garden Cities Alliance We are an alliance of organisations – commercial and not-for-profit – and as well as individuals – dedicated to promote the formation of new, genuine Garden Cities. Our aim is to work in partnership with existing bodies to establish standards for Garden Cities that Britain can be proud of. Also to establish exemplars for an environmentally sustainable society that promotes the wellbeing of all citizens. In particular we wish to set minimum standards for Garden Cities: 1. Being applied to establish new settlements or for transforming existing urban precincts; 2. To integrate the design of their invisible architecture of ownership, control and funding with their visible architecture to promote the common good; 3. That requires mutual ownership of all land to capture and share its value on negotiable basis with all residents be they homeowners or tenants; 4. To attracts investors, entrepreneurs, established and new businesses to add value to the community on basis that equitably shares any profits in excess of the incentive to invest; 5. With the capacity to become largely self-reliant in regards to the basic needs of its residents for water, food and energy and value adding activities to sustain citizen prosperity in perpetuity; 6. That inspires citizens, leaders, community groups, planners, architects and all other stakeholders to work together to a common vision of an ecologically sustainable, fair and equitable society. The New Garden Cities Alliance has been tasked by the signatories of the Letchworth Garden City Declaration to create a movement and organise the consensus to setup the mechanisms so that an agreed definition of what a Garden City is can take root and we can give new settlements the confidence to call themselves ‘Garden Cities’ if they meet a set of agreed social, planning and architectural criteria.

BiG which is a credible organisation with public liability insurance has been trading since 2011 and has proved to be an inspiration to the youth empowering young people to feel more positive about themselves, and to want to succeed and enjoy developing. BiG develops and delivers a number of motivational programmes using educational and sporting activities that are focused at raising young people’s self-esteem while learning and all of BiG programmes are led by FA qualified coaches and / or professionals and are organised efficiently carrying out risk assessments and satisfying all necessary legal requirements. BiG has developed its portfolio over the last 3 years adding a number of new key programmes to help fulfil its mission, including delivering Sports Leader UK courses in schools and to young men and women. Sports Leaders UK. is a charity delivering sports leadership awards and qualifications to nearly 160,000 people a year and acts as an Awarding Organisation providing nationally recognised qualifications. Community Youth Ventures C.I.C. is a community interest company that focuses on inspiring young lives through innovative and diversionary activities. Our aim is to empower young people to make positive choices, enhance their opportunities and widen their horizons. CYV provides strategic oversight and expertise as well as direct youth engagement through a range of youth programmes and projects. Changes to the youth sector for both statutory and voluntary areas along with the rise in exclusions from education and the development of destructive habits young people have lost faith in the possibilities that await them. Through collaboration and cooperation with complimentary providers and services; CYV will work in partnership with schools, youth organisations, statutory services and local communities. CYV will provide a service to young people that will enhance their personal, social and emotional development; whilst embedding expertise, knowledge and insight into voluntary and community sector. CYV will inspire young lives through positive engagement in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas and was formed in direct response to the lack of services available and the growing number of young people involved in risky behaviours and negative lifestyles and untapped opportunities. CYV aim to identify young people who may have chaotic lives supporting them in the transition to adulthood by offering a positive support system to enhance positive development and well-being.

READ MORE Entertainment & Leisure After years of working with the elderly, we have the necessary experience and are aware of their needs. CNG has decided to organise Lunch Club to entertain the elderly with traditional Iranian music and board games allowing them to interact with many others. We also supply them with Iranian cuisine. READ MORE Education For CNG the education of our youth and future generation is very important. CNG has a supplementary school where it focuses on teaching Farsi. The students are able to attend the extra-curriculum activities which take place after Farsi lesson. This includes Maths & English to enrich and support the students also Art, Crafts & Dance. READ MORE Support Due to covid-19 pandemic there has been a huge demand among the elderly, disabled and low-income clients for living essentials. CNG has been able to hand out food and supplies to many people. These people were not able to leave their homes for months due to the fright of COVID-19 and we believed it was our duty to help them.
