The Shining Stars Foundation was founded in 2001 by Shining Stars CEO Kathy Gingery and a group of experienced volunteers who saw an unmet need in the Rocky Mountains for a program that would provide emotional support to children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Originally focused on providing an adaptive ski experience through the Aspen Winter Games Program, the Foundation has now reached over 1,000 children and their families! We love thinking of new and creative ways to improve the lives of the families we serve and are constantly evolving.

Cobra Foundation is an independent charity, founded in 2005 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Cobra Beer Ltd. Registered in the United Kingdom, our mission is to provide health, education and community support for young people in South Asia, especially through the provision of safe water. There were generous responses to our appeals for funds for relief from Cyclone Sidr in Bangladesh in 2007; the Bihar floods in India in 2008, the widespread floods in Pakistan in 2010, the earthquakes in Nepal in 2017 and the cyclone in Tamil Nadu, India in 2018. It is certain that natural or man-made disasters will strike in the future and we will again play our part. This initiative was met with a fantastic response with 24 new juniors setting foot on a Real Tennis court for a lesson for the first time over the recent Christmas school holidays! 10 clubs were involved and a total of 24 youngsters took part including 6 girls. The Dedanists' Foundation is delighted to have funded this and looks forward to working with the T&RA again to promote our joint aim, helping to find the next generation of real tennis players.
