when leading industrialists from our area formed the Birkenhead Chamber of
Commerce and Industry.Under the stewardship of its first President, William
Hesketh Lever, the Chamber supported its members to navigate the changing
economic and political circumstances of the early Twentieth Century. Today,
Wirral Chamber provides its members with the highest quality business support
services to enable them to compete and grow, something that is recognised by our
