EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, often known as Tapping, is a cutting-edge therapeutic skill dating from the 1990s that many therapists are learning. Therapists may have originally studied counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, or one of a number of therapy modalities, and they then learn EFT, or Tapping, in order to improve their offering to their clients. The reason is twofold: 1. The relatively fast, thorough, and long-lasting results – 2. The client is empowered with an easy to use self-help should they wish to use it in-between sessions.
Your New Age London hypnotherapy includes as many as 3 powerful techniques that are used in the : Advanced Hypnosis, EFT Tapping (now made famous by the Nick Ortner books on EFT Tapping), and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). The trance-based hypnotherapy part helps to get messages through to your subconscious mind enabling you to succeed, NLP helps you think and feel from a positive perspective, and the EFT releases blocks in the path of your success. Without the underlying blocks in your path, you no longer have any reason to have bad habits or emotions, and so you can let go of them with ease.
