Established in 2011, Health Link Services (UK) is a growing Accredited Social Enterprise Training company which delivers tailor made bespoke short courses or longer-term training programs. We hold approved centre status with two awarding bodies, so that we can offer both accredited and non-accredited programs to suit your organisations training needs. Our company is accredited with the Advantage Independent Accreditation in Learning. We are a member of Association of Health Care Trainers (AoHT) and we also work in partnership with De Montfort University in Leicester (UK). Health Link Services (UK) works with individuals from different communities, community organisations and different companies registered in Health and Social Care. As a growing and expanding company, we take pride in the fact that we are friendly, approachable and professional. We provide a high level of customer service. Our training facilities are equipped with computers, chairs and desks, a health care bed, a hoist as well as First Aid Kit equipment, so that we are able to give practical illustrations during Mandatory Training in Care. We offer our clients the flexibility of training their employees at our training venue or sending our trainers at the venues themselves. Our customers are also able to do our online courses and then they are able to attend our practical training aspects at our centre. This is for courses like People Movers Moving & Handling, Basic First Aid and Medication.

During this time the business has evolved to include more outside/in-house training in many subjects including First Aid and Health and Safety so in January 2019 it was decided to separate the salon side from the training side thus the move to Sileby and to our newly refurbished salon along with the re brand to {Re:You}. Policies and Procedures are scrutinised by our auditors Jelf Risk Management, and provide our Health & Safety Management services. Our Youth Staff on an evening carry current DBS checks, safe guarding training, first aid and fire marshal competence. All staff receive personal health and safety booklets annually for which they sign for as read, and risk assessments as well as operational standard procedures are undertaken for activities and basic duties reviewed by the internal IOSH trained Managing Safely Officer and externally by Jelf Risk Management. Accident forms and incident forms are completed for all those reported on site and held accordingly. Health & Safety and Environmental statements are reviewed annually and are on display to the centre’s users. Club polices including; safe guarding and child protection, harassment, grievance, bullying, drugs and alcohol are held on site and reviewed/managed by our Welfare Officer. Club rules and procedures, including GDPR privacy notices are written on membership forms and displayed in all prominent areas of the centre.CCTV surveillance on site supports the security of the building, its staff, volunteers and users/members. Any concerns in relation to the use of Richmond Park, including anti-social behaviour, drugs and alcohol use (adjacent to our Club) should be reported to the local authorities (Police and Council). Hinckley Club For Young People have no authority or responsibility in events that take place outside of its perimeter.
