This one day course provides an excellent introduction to managing and supervising volunteers covering the skills, paperwork and processes needed to recruit, induct and support them. The course can be expanded to run as a series of half day sessions and can also be adapted to the specific needs of organisations who would like the session to be run in-house.
This course will provide delegates involved in tackling the financial underpinning of corrupt behaviour with the knowledge, concepts and practices necessary to understand and mitigate illicit financial flows.
This course enables learners to logically and clearly work through the risk management process, from being aware of the relevant legislation, identifying hazards, assessing risk and onwards through risk reduction, balancing risk against individual choice, and the importance of recording keeping.
