With over 30 years of experience in boxing and martial arts and a background in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning, our professional coaches offer the most effective, intelligent, innovative and cutting edge training systems. Whether you are looking to hone your existing skills, learn to box, compete in the amateur or professional circuit or simply want to get fit and stay healthy, we are here to help! Prana is a beautiful, boutique yoga studio in the heart of one of Hamilton's conservation areas in South Lanarkshire. We are devoted to offering yoga for all, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners alike. We are a collective of passionate and knowledgable teachers, and each teacher operates their own booking systems. If you are a beginner we have specific courses for you, but also know you are welcome to join in any of our classes and events too, just talk to your teacher to discuss any potential modifications you may need.
