Wellbeing Insight is an LGBTQ+ owned and led group of consultants who provide
inclusion and health policy and education services to different types of
organisations across multiple sectors. CPD accredited providers and qualified
higher education teachers.
Policy:
Organisational: Enable for profit business, not for profit organisations and the
public sector to promote a meaningful inclusive culture through person-centred
equality and diversity policy, which increases staff and client retention,
promotes wellbeing, and enhances service productivity.
Public: Empower not for profit organisations and the public sector to develop
and evaluate the inclusivity, efficiency, and impact of evidence-based health
policy through stakeholder co-production planning and consultation processes.
Education:
Empower for profit business, not for profit organisations and the public sector
with comprehensive wellbeing and EDI courses that are more effective at engaging
their workforce, increasing the rate of knowledge being applied to practice, and
improving organisational efficiency.
