We promote and deliver the council’s community empowerment aims. We work
collaboratively with other council services and community organisations,
including Area Partnerships, community councils and voluntary organisations - to
make a difference and help reduce inequalities. Connected Communities teams The
Connected Communities teams will deliver the East Lothian Partnership’s outcomes
– prosperous, community-minded, fair – and the Council’s strategic objectives
relating to growth, growing our communities, people, economy and capacity. We

Digital inclusion There is now wide recognition of the importance of addressing
digital inclusion as a priority to reduce social isolation and help improve
people’s well-being, including mental health and connectedness.
