Our one-to-one adult swimming lessons enable swimmers of all abilities to learn to swim with a safe, comfortable, and effortless style that benefits both mind and body. Our friendly approach will help to put you at ease. We will be in the pool with you, giving you hands on support, talking face to face, and providing clear demonstrations in the water. We will help you release unnecessary tension, preventing strain or injury so that you learn to use the water rather than fight against it. Our aim is for you to feel good in the water and enjoy swimming. Lessons are at a pace that suits you. So, whether you are a beginner or a competent swimmer, anxious or confident, we can help you to get the most out of your time in the water. We teach our lessons in the lovely pools at The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club in Redditch and Ardencote Manor Hotel and Spa in Claverdon. We are fully qualified ASA and Shaw Method swimming teachers and have been working with adults in the water for over 22 years.
