Change Your Breath Change Your Life Experience the amazing power of your breath to transform stress and tension and create more flow in your life. In this session we will use a simple breathing technique know as conscious connected breathing, this activates the nervous system and helps create new neural pathways in the brain. When we breathe in this pattern, we begin to enter into an altered state of consciousness which allows us to release stored emotions and trauma in both the physical and energetic body.  If your looking to release stress and create more space for joy, peace and love then these sessions are for you. These sessions are a beautiful way to come together and experience the power of group healing where we all learn and grow from each others experiences. They offer the opportunity to delve deeper into our own inner worlds with the support and connection of others.  PLEASE NOTE : For this FREE SESSION there will be a photographer present, who will be attending the class for the breathwork, but they will also capture some content for marketing purposes which is why this is a free class. Images will be taken with great discretion to allow you to drop into the process. We will take general shots of the room and breathers, there will be no close ups of anyone who would prefer not to be of focus, but if you are comfortable let us know. (By joining this session you agree to allow the images to be used in my advertising) If you would rather not be photographed please join a different group session. 

The Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) is usually a one-year pre-university qualification that provides students with an entry route to an overseas university. The L3IFDHES prepares students with the essential English language skills, key transferable study skills, cultural knowledge, and chosen specialisms that universities feel bridges the gap between high school and undergraduate study. In January 2023 we offer pathways in business and higher finance. With agreements in place with over 70 universities across the globe, students’ can progress with confidence to a higher education course for further study. Entry Requirements For entry onto the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) qualification students must have successfully completed secondary school education. Students must also meet the English language entry requirements of: • IELTS minimum score of 4.5 or above OR • GCE ‘O’ Level English D7 or above Alternatively, a student can take the free NCC Education Higher English Placement Test which is administered by our Accredited Partner Centre’s.
