Whilst the company has grown considerably it remains a family run business. Tony, Alison’s husband, joined the business in August 2015. His background is management in the motor trade. He runs the office and administration team. He has learnt a lot about social care in the past few years and has the same drive and passion as Alison to make changes to the way people work in social care. In addition, the Northern Territory has imposed a point-of-consumption tax on betting operators, making a hefty chunk of revenue go to the state.
