Meet Abbi, passionate people person and founder of Grow Your Own I’m a qualified
coach and former senior Commercial Director, and I love creative problem
solving! My CV includes: Fifteen years in FTSE 100 businesses, working across
customer management, commercial delivery, business transformation and change,
organisational design and leadership development. A postgraduate certificate in
coaching from Henley Business School with distinction. An (ongoing) MSc in
Coaching and Behavioural Change. Extensive experience in all aspects of helping
people to grow and develop, by challenging, supporting, managing and leading. I
work with a network of partners so that Grow Your Own can deliver programmes at
any scale, from large corporates to boutique brands and the Plant the Seeds
virtual coaching circle.
