With women over 50 currently shown to be the fastest growing sector of the workforce, it is inevitable that your organisation will likely have employees working through their menopause transition. We noticed there was a disregard to how people were being taught to deal with their everyday job roles. They were mainly being taught ‘out of a book’ by trainers who did not actually have real life experience. This got us to thinking about other training courses that were also being taught in this way. After thorough research, we gradually began to add further training courses for businesses that needed practical training solutions for their employees – e.g. for first aid, safety and technical elements, and so their organisation would be fully regulated and compliant.
