Grace has worked with Strength and Conditioning Coaches at the Australian Women’s Rugby 7s Team, Surfing Australia High Performance Centre and a number of professional rugby league teams such as the Cronulla Sharks & Sydney Roosters. Back in London, Grace has focused her knowledge and efforts towards personal training and coaching, bringing the process previously only available to elite athletes to you. I am a former professional badminton player and a personal/career coach and speaker. I have spent over 15 years exploring, trying and testing many personal development principles whilst on the world stage of elite sport to help me create and instil high quality habits and thought patterns. This helped me to deal with the pressure of high level performance, to dare to dream bigger and to set and reach high quality goals. I was not a ‘natural’ at my sport but coaching took me to the top 20 in the world. You may think sports coaching is different but its all about personal transformation on the inside and out. I competed in the very demanding discipline of women's singles before finishing my sports career at the age of 35. Other highlights of my career were becoming Englands number 1 ladies singles player, 5x National Champion and achieving commonwealth and European medals. I am a driven, optimistic and highly motivated person. I strive for excellence and aim to always push my boundaries and reach beyond my comfort zone. I can be serious and I can be fun loving. My current hobbies are yoga and salsa dancing. Whilst being immersed in the 'masculine' world of high performance I like to maintain the femininity in me too. The art of balancing these two sides is what brings out my best self.

She has worked internationally as well as nationally and regularly speaks at Education Conferences. In addition for the last 10 years Eithne has written for magazines and publications such as the Heads Legal Guide, The Secondary Heads Association, Home-School Practice issues. During her years as a Head Teacher at First Base (a Pupil Referral Unit and Behaviour Support Service for 111 schools in Suffolk) she attracted national recognition for her innovative work with the main client group of 3 – 8 year olds and also for cross age tutoring of Key Stage 3 and 4 students (13 – 16 year olds) at risk of exclusion and disaffection. In recent years Eithne has gained experience in the National Strategies working in interim Regional Adviser roles for Early Years and also for School Improvement, providing advice and guidance to Local Authorities in Northamptonshire and more recently in Hounslow. Eithne's consultancy work in recent years has involved: training for teachers and headteachers in developing effective school improvement, schools and working in these areas at a more strategic level with Local Authorities. Eithne also provides parent and child coaching services and mentoring and coaching for headteachers and aspiring headteachers.

Target sports for all, assault rifle shooting, axe throwing, archery, crossbow and airgun shooting for all that want to try their hand at it.We can provide assault rifle shooting. That’s real bullets using a semi-automatic rifle. The bullets fly as quick as you can pull the trigger from a 25-round magazine. Our shooting club is home office approved and follows the sports of Lightweight sport rifle and gallery rifle. In the future we intend to provide competitions for people to test their skills against others. For those that have already tried the Assault rifles, we now have new for 2022, a speed shooting activity. Our range is suitable for indoor air gun shooting. We also provide coaching for those that wish to compete on the air gun circuit, including opportunities for postal competitions. We offer training to international level in crossbow shooting through the National Smallbore rifle association and the world crossbow shooting association. Both postal and face to face competitions are available at up to 65 metres distance on away days. Axe throwing is a great sport for beginners to get into, and we have a resident club called the Essex backyard throwers who are always looking for members and again compete both nationally and internationally. For those wanting to get to that standard all it needs is a bit of practice and guidance and look out world. We have a range of Clubs which offer development and time to practise your skills, amongst new friends. In this environment we can provide coaching and training to help you along your way. After spending schoolboy years at Luton Town FC and Cambridge United FC, Paul Warnecki advanced quickly into senior football, making his debut aged just sixteen years old for Buckingham town in the early 1980s. After a couple of seasons Paul gained a highly regarded reputation as one of the best goalkeeper’s playing at semi-professional level playing for many clubs ranging from Kettering town, Rushden and Diamonds and Baldock town. Paul took a break to develop outside business interests in the late 1990s but continued to play for various clubs in the region -even winning the berks and bucks county cup with Newport Pagnell at the grand old age of 44 and continues to play actively to this day, so he has certainly been there done it and worn the goalkeeping gloves! It was Paul's desire to coach the next generation of goalkeepers that lead him to set up his own goalkeeper schools in 2014 through the Just4Keepers franchise. Paul is now FA level 2 qualified and lead goalkeeper coach for Bedfordshire FA. He is a member of the FA licensed coaches club and is CRB/DBS checked (DBS number: 1584451434) with all the relevant safety certificates. (fan number: 611720). Now with over 10 regular venues for group coaching throughout Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, as well as numerous individual sessions for teams and clubs throughout the region, Paul has launched Goalkeeper Warz. Goalkeeper Warz have a few other coaches, carefully chosen and selected for their expertise and coaching styles to assist at our various venues. My professional career includes 9 years as a commissioned officer in the British Army, reaching the rank of major by 30 years old and fulfilling roles as an HR Director/Company Secretary of an infantry battalion (1st Battalion The Green Howards) on operations in Northern Ireland and Bosnia-Herzegovina. I led the first-ever British Army expedition to Lake Baikal, the World’s largest freshwater lake, in Siberia, Russia in 1995, lasting 3 months. After leaving the Forces, I held operations management roles in Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini and Accenture, before working for a number of boutique psychology consultancies, including Chimp Management, a company closely involved with various Team GB Olympic sports including cycling, swimming, taekwondo and canoeing. I am supervised by an EMCC and ICF-accredited supervisor. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, which compliments my skills workshops on managing stress and building resilience. For my own wellbeing, I enjoy running, hill walking and real ale, occasionally combining all three by taking part in mountain marathons followed by a well-earned break in a local pub to refuel and recover.
