<p id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Are you a stressed, exhausted SEN/EBSA parent or carer, running on empty, with no time to shout <em fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">"HELP!"&nbsp;</em>let alone step off the hamster wheel to rest, recharge and recuperate?</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Parenting neurodivergent and/or school avoidant young people comes with a unique set of challenges and, if you&#39;re finding yourself lurching from managing meltdowns to fighting for support or feeling isolated and judged because people don&#39;t understand, it can be really hard and I GET IT!</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">After finding myself pretty much burnt out I discovered and implemented quick and simple self-help and relaxation tools that have helped strengthen my coping skills to navigate my family&#39;s journey, rebuild my resilience and rediscover&nbsp;my old self!&nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">I was so blown away by how beneficial simple habits can be that it&#39;s my mission to help others do the same - and so I created&nbsp;The SHARE Project.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">The ethos of THE SHARE Project is that&nbsp;we need to put our own oxygen mask on first&nbsp;so that we can&nbsp;best support our kids&nbsp;and my aim is that the tools you will learn during our time together will become your oxygen mask, not only for use in case of emergency, but as a sustainable part of your ongoing&nbsp;self-care and wellbeing.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">During each&nbsp;of four, weekly, live&nbsp;online workshops, delivered over Zoom, you will learn and practise a new tool to implement daily over the coming week (just a&nbsp;few minutes at a time, I promise)!</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Then, during the following week&#39;s workshop we will review your progress, make any tweaks and learn and practise the next tool...&nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">There&#39;ll be no suggestions of long and luxurious spa days and fluffy robes because most of us don&#39;t have the time to do that very often and, frankly, the benefits disappear almost as soon as you&#39;ve driven home... After being on the brink of burnout myself, I stumbled upon simple, yet life-changing self-help and relaxation tools. These quick, effective techniques helped me rebuild my resilience, reclaim my sense of self and navigate challenges with renewed strength. The transformation was so profound that I knew I had to share it with others—and that’s how The SHARE Project was born.
What is The SHARE Project?
The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first!  By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our four-week, live online workshop series, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice a new tool designed to fit seamlessly into your life (just a few minutes a day, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, and introduce the next tool.  This isn’t just a one-off workshop; it’s a journey of growth and connection.
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.  Together, we’ll share experiences, uplift each other, and grow stronger.

Covers advanced specialised phlebotomy techniques to give you the leading edge as a phlebotomist. Learn to use a wide range of non-routine equipment.

Follow on from your Day Two practical training, in the evening, from 5.30pm - 8.30pm

GEOPACE LIVE BLOOD SESSIONS enabling you to draw human blood under 1-to-1 supervision of your tutor. You will follow a Competency Checklist, signed off by your tutor on completion.

On completion awards a Geopace Certificate of Competency - Nationally Recognised and Accredited Route to Competency - Live Blood Draws Certificate

How do I attend?

EITHER -
CLASSROOM OPTION - Attend one of our scheduled classroom locations, completing your Introduction to Phlebotomy Course over 2 days. You will also complete your Advanced Training at the end of the first day and your Competency Training at the end of the second day.

Our Introduction to Phlebotomy and Advanced Phlebotomy Training Kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available to add at time of booking. Our comprehensive training kits each mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video tutorials, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

OR -

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for a one day Zoom session to complete your Introduction to Phlebotomy virtual classroom training, followed by your Advanced Training in the evening of the same day. You have the option to add a classroom-based competency session, awarding a CPD Accredited Geopace Certificate of Competency, at time of booking.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your introductory course and one for your advanced course. Kits are included at no charge (normally £79.95 each) and are yours to keep and to continue to practice with after you have finished your courses. The equipment and supplies included in your kits are the same as those used if you choose the classroom option.

Please note - Competency Training
Our Route to Competency Masterclass - Live Blood Sessions can only be completed in a classroom environment. This is included when you book a classroom option. When booking the virtual classroom option you can choose to add this at time of booking. You will receive a voucher code to enable you to book onto any upcoming dates or locations. For most of our two day course we run our competency training at the end of the second day and therefore you should be able to complete your full training programme with us over two days.
