and help you feel better. Workshops and Retreats are a great way to immerse
yourself without distractions. They’re also a lovely way to meet like-minded
people who share your interests. I run regular workshops & Retreats across York
& North Yorkshire, varying from 2 hours to 7 days, throughout the year and can’t
