Having experience of dealings with the Mental Health Sector has helped me to bring the training to many organisations and indivuals throughout the area. I have worked within the Civil Service and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service for a number of years. During my time within the Civil Service i have been a family liaison officer which includes having to deliver bad news to families, assessed people at risk of self harm or suicide and negotiated with people to resolve difficult incidents. I hold a BTECH Level 5 in Trauma Risk Incident Management to support staff following witnessing traumatic incidents.

Now I have become a person with ambitious, high goals, confidence and have completed my level 5. I believe I would not have achieved this if I had taken the mainstream road. Going to University does not accommodate my personal life. I have had two job offers since completing. When you believe in yourself, life is not the same anymore. Our 10 month BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy enables our students to gain the skills required to set up their own independent practices, providing soft tissue therapy and sports massage to a wide range of clients. Claire has 15 years of valuable HR experience from her background which includes the public and private sector and education. Brigid also holds a Level 5 CIPD HR Management qualification and is an Associate CIPD member. Brigid has eight years worth of HR experience in the private and charity sector, working at The Trafford Centre and Chester Zoo.
