His training resource ‘knock knock whose there?’ was used across Norfolk for staff development receiving prime time television coverage by Anglia News. In 2000 he led the first international Partners in Policymaking course in London developing leadership skills with disabled people and their families. He later received the Kent County Council aware for partnership work in the community. In 2014 his educational focus to support open democracy was recognised in the Adult learners week and won the regional and national award in the category of families and communities.

We work in schools, partnering with employers to bring inspirational learning to students of all abilities and backgrounds. We have three key areas of focus: STEM Education: delivering in-school workshops, multi-school challenges and events, and research projects which bring STEM learning and careers to life for students from Primary to Post-16. Vocational Construction: delivering BTEC Level 1 construction qualifications, practical construction workshops and SEN independent skills training from school age to young adults. Employability & Skills: delivering careers, enterprise & skills workshops and mentoring partnerships which challenge perceptions and prepare students for their next steps in education, training or employment. All areas of our work directly involve employers in the development of real-world scenarios and careers understanding, including the involvement of staff as volunteers in delivery. We offer our services to all types of schools and students of all abilities - accepting every student for who they are. We provide a full service to schools from booking, to the provision of all materials & equipment required on the day, administration of volunteers and delivery is led by experienced tutors. We measure impact and feedback for all interventions with input from students, teachers and volunteers. As a charity we engage with charitable trusts, individual donors and corporate responsibility programmes. A key focus for us as a charity is to bring our work to those lacking access to opportunities in our three key programme areas.

We are passionate about wellbeing and holistic learning. Our coaching helps people excel academically and to cultivate a growth MINDSET and growth HEARTSET. We believe having this balance of the head (rational intelligence) and heart (emotional intelligence), together with the gut (physical intelligence) as the keystone, is the secret to unlocking your genius and resiliency. We have supported our children with a holistic approach to education, which we call compassionate based learning. This experiential learning has seen our children develop from building blocks to scholarship and bursaries at an independent school and securing offers to read at Oxbridge. Along this journey we have learnt a lot that we thought would help other parents and their children. We have often been asked for help and advice and we’d share the best of what we learnt, and we would often be told we should coach for a living. So, that’s what we did: we left our pharmacy and IT careers, and after qualifying from gold star training providers, undertaking hours of self-study to compliment the face to face training, and gaining the requisite hours for accreditation by coaching pro-bono we have developed our own unique coaching system to help children bring out the genius within themselves. Accelerated learning, exam success, grammar/independent school applications, university/Oxbridge applications and a personal brand portfolio are areas we specialise in, as well as the holistic element of learning: resilience and the emotions of beliefs and behaviours.
