ABOUT WAVERLEY EQUESTRIAN TRAINING CENTRE Originally founded in the grounds of Stoneleigh Abbey WEC moved firstly to Cubbington, near Leamington Spa, and is now based at The 3B's (Bubbenhall Bridge Barn). We are very proud of the large selection of stunning horses who form part of The 3Bs family. They are trained in a variety of equestrian disciplines including Cross-country jumping, Cavalry Drills, Eventing Clinics, Team Chases, Hunter Trials, Trekking and Riding to Hounds. Polo lessons, chukkas and tournaments are available at the nearby Offchurch Bury Polo club and also we can organise outings to Knights of Middle England for instruction in riding Side-saddle, jousting, horse archery and trick riding. We can tailor our events to suit the needs of our clients, however our horses are not suitable for beginner riders or children under 12. The 3Bs is approximately two hours from Gatwick Airport, one hour and 20 minutes from Heathrow and only half an hour from Birmingham International Airport. Trains from London Euston to Coventry, or from Marylebone to Leamington Spa, take just over an hour. We are happy to meet our guests from either station and from Birmingham Airport. Our Accommodation is all en-suite with family-style dining and a congenial atmosphere with just a hint of magic! For the non-riders, or non-riding hours, we are a short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon, the castles of Warwick and Kenilworth, and there are no less than 5 excellent golf-courses within 10 minutes from the barn. Michael and Diana Jack, Waverley's proprietors, have a tennis court, swimming pool and croquet lawn at their nearby home in the grounds of Stoneleigh Abbey and often invite their guests to join them for an afternoon or evening of activities in their lovely garden. Waverley has its own breeding programme and regularly has young foals and young horses needing attention.

MARK DEVEREUX PROJECTS (MDP) IS AN INDEPENDENT CURATORIAL AND ARTIST DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION. WE SPECIALISE IN SUPPORTING EARLY TO MID-CAREER ARTISTS THROUGH CREATIVE COLLABORATION AND TAILORED MENTORING. MDP is a small but devoted team seeking to create safer, braver spaces for artists. Our meticulous approach is founded on listening, trust, honesty and caring. We build critical but nurturing relationships with artists across a variety of artforms. We collaborate with artists across the UK to develop and curate ambitious creative projects, ranging from touring solo exhibitions to participatory workshops. This challenges artists through creative risk-taking while introducing their practice to new audiences. Our work creates new paid opportunities for artists that aren’t freely available. Our professional development work focuses on the individual artist, offering a unique pathway outside of institutional programmes. Since 2013 we have provided hundreds of artists with invaluable advice, guidance and critique through one-to-one mentoring sessions, specialist workshops and national artist development programmes. We ensure that our professional development activities are affordable and seek to help artists when cost is a barrier. MDP is committed to dismantling the barriers that often prevent artists from advancing their careers, such as a lack of formal artistic training, childcare responsibilities, or being Disabled or neurodiverse. We work towards our ambition that artists will be valued and paid for their work, able to forge sustainable careers on their own terms.

TWIC is the Local Environmental Records Centre (LERC) for south-east & part of central Scotland that collects, collates and disseminates information on wildlife in our area. TWIC is a focal point for biological recording and is working to increase our knowledge of the terrestrial, freshwater and marine wildlife throughout our area. We collate data from a wide range of sources and manage data on species, habitats and designated sites. Data from TWIC is used to support environmental decision making, education, site management, conservation, and research. TWIC supports Local Biodiversity Action Plan partnerships and acts as a regional node of the National Biodiversity Network [https://nbn.org.uk/]. TWIC provides support and opportunities for recorders and wildlife observers to develop their knowledge and skills through our training and events programme. We inspire people to record wildlife by giving talks and attending public events and Bioblitz. TWIC is a not-for-profit company and Scottish Charity. Hello! My name is Ashley Szafranek and I’m a clinical dog behaviourist and trainer based in central Scotland. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Animal Science awarded by the University of Glasgow in 2012 and began my career in rescue, working for a UK wide animal charity. I quickly identified a need to help people and their dogs before getting to crisis point, preventing the heart breaking decision to rehome, and in 2014 I set up Reach Your Pawtential. Alongside my work in rescue, I have worked with a variety of livestock, wild and domesticated species, spending a year as a primate keeper at Edinburgh Zoo, and even travelled to South Africa to train veterinary clinic staff on welfare and behaviour. In 2019 I became a full member of Britain’s leading professional dog trainer organisation, the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT membership number 01411) and I’m an Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC) registered Animal Training Instructor. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour, graduating with distinction from the University of Lincoln. I am now a candidate member of The Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians (FABC) and I am a provisional member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC). Provisional members have demonstrated that they have the appropriate level of Knowledge and Understanding for the professional role of Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CAB). I am now gaining the practical experience necessary to be assessed as a CAB and therefore become a full member of the APBC. The APBC supports its provisional members undertaking behaviour consultations. I am also working towards Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB) status and I’m pre-certified as a Clinical Animal Behaviourist with Association for the Study of Animal Behaviour (ASAB). I use positive, reward based training methods informed by the latest science. Sessions are relaxed and fun, with a focus on training in ‘real life’, helping you and your dog ‘reach your pawtential’ together. I’m fully insured and a human and animal first aider. I specialise in working with rescue dogs - if your dog has any additional behaviour requirements for the sessions, simply get in touch to discuss! Sessions are taken at each dog and owner’s pace and not only build the dogs confidence but owner confidence too, equipping you with the necessary skills to navigate life together. I’ve owned working collies for years and currently live with my rescue dog Magic Merlin, the blue merle Border Collie! In our spare time we love adventuring when we’re not trick training!
