The Natural Vet offers a new and refreshing service for pet owners combining integrative veterinary care, welfare focused dog day care, force-free positive training, behavioural therapy, gentle grooming, raw food education, pet shop, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and laser therapy all under one roof! I’m a hugely experienced Coach based in Holland Park. With many thousands of coaching hours under my belt, I pride myself on having a reputation for empathetic and effective coaching. Prior to coaching, I was the award-winning MD of a TV production company and worked all over the world on many types of show. My job history has also included roles as a secretary, restaurant manager, saleswoman and lady’s companion. I believe my varied work experience and eclectic cultural interests have helped make me a better coach. My clients are from many different sectors and the vast majority come through personal recommendation. I currently coach people working in digital media, marketing, music, science, broadcasting, law and town planning. I also coach students at Imperial College, London. Having trained in the UK and US, I use many different tools and techniques. I have a Diploma in Coaching from the Oxford & Cambridge Board and have completed Team Coaching and Clean Language Coaching courses. In addition, I’m a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I enjoy working face-to-face with clients but am well-versed in coaching remotely, something I do regularly with my international clients. My style is challenging but supportive. I am equally comfortable and confident dealing with professional or personal issues. As a matter of course, I offer a free initial consultation session because I believe, as in any relationship, chemistry is essential for the work to be truly effective.

ewbury Speakers provides a safe, supportive and positive learning experience in which members learn to develop their communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. Members learn and practice in a friendly, non-threatening environment. They learn and practice alongside other people who are there for the same reason. They are taught by people, who just like them, were hesitant about public speaking but have now successfully developed their public speaking skills. Together everyone grows and develops their confidence and communication skills. And, best of all, they usually have fun as they learn. As a non-profit organisation Newbury Speakers is run by volunteers that give their time to help run the club. Community Outreach Newbury Speakers has been part of the Newbury Community for over 35 years. The club has staged numerous events such as free workshops and a Speakers Corner in the Market Place. Members have given speeches at local networking clubs and facilitated Speechcraft courses for corporations in the area. Speechcraft is a program designed to help develop public speaking skills and confidence in front of an audience. These skills are learnt over six two-hour sessions, one session per week. During each session participants learn and practice speaking and communication skills, and have the opportunity to learn and receive feedback from experienced speakers. The skills learnt by the participants, are not only relevant to public speaking but to all situations where verbal communication is required.

The QIDTI Association was founded by John Rogerson and his International Associates to recognise Instructors around the world who have demonstrated the requisite level of professional instructing and or advising skill, personal expertise and understanding of canine training and behaviour The QIDTI Association works on a voluntary basis, encouraging all Instructors to gain the international standard set by the QIDTI Award. All those that meet that standard are invited to join our membership listing as a 'Qualified International Dog Training Instructor' for free to promote it, and those that wish to promote our aims and or work towards meeting that standard may join as a Supporting / Student member. The QIDTI Association supports 'national registration', and considers formal 'Affiliation' with the 'Registration Council for Dog Training & Behaviour Practitioners' (RCDTBP) is the way forward, to protect the public from what is currently an unregulated industry. The RCDTBP was officially founded to hold and manage the registers of Signatories to the nationally agreed 'CAWC Dog Behaviour & Training Code of Practice (2010). The CAWC Code was developed through a series of meetings organised by the Companion Animal Welfare Council (CAWC), following the publication of a national report on dog training & behaviour services in the UK (2008). The Code was agreed by the many industry dog training, behaviour and welfare groups concerned, as a workable document to regulate and improve canine services nationally, with the aim of uniting all individuals and industry organisations under it.
