How to Ride Training DART staff provides small group training to help individuals learn to ride the bus in Greater Des Moines. Training will demonstrate how to plan a trip, read maps and schedules, recognize bus stops, pay fares, practice rider safety and more. How to Ride Training sessions are free and open to the public. This is where Nutrition Science meets creativity. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Medicine, a background in education, a creative flare and a strong desire to motivate human connection. These I blend in order to offer sound nutritional knowledge and motivation to push forward with healthy living and being. I offer a variety of nutrition based services including 1-1 consultations, Functional Medicine testing, health workshops, 'Cleanse' courses, lectures, menu creation, product reviews and articles on nutrition, food and lifestyle. I also work as a 1-1 nutritionist for the wonderful company’ Health Path’. There is a common aim - to inspire better mental and physical health in whatever way this is best achieved. Located in West Sussex, I work in London, Brighton and surrounding areas. My days are spent nourishing, advising, educating and supporting clients on obtaining healthier and happier lifestyles. Annually, I take clients abroad to ‘cleanse’ body and soul. One of my cleanse locations is Gozo, a rustic island off Malta. This is the perfect location for taking time out in a supported and empowering environment. In 2022, I worked with the Wild View Retreat team in Portugal on a juice fast week of health rejuvenation. It was wonderful. I am thrilled to be joining them again for 4 weeks of cleansing in 2023.

Sugar Storm has evolved with me as I’ve learnt, failed, experimented, struggled balancing working three jobs and running a business, supported my mental health, (and not supported my mental health) but at the heart of it has always been a love of the alternative, an encouragement of self-expression and a desire to be a little bit different. I created Sugar Storm as a call to arms, to encourage you to choose differently. Choose the things that feel like you, choose clothes that make you feel good the moment you put them on and every time after that, choose companies who are transparent, who support the things you support, choose yourself over and over again. Sugar Storm celebrates DIY, self-expression, unconventional living and embracing the things that make you unique. All those things that were at the heart of the business in the very beginning continue to shape the work I do. Over the course of 2022, and in large part due to the TOW development project and Metal residency for allowing the space to do so, I began to refocus and rebuild Sugar Storm Studio. This meant moving away from fashion and exploring new possibilities for my art practice, workshops, tarot and physical events. In 2023 I am focusing on creating new independent art projects and developing new ways to nurture creativity and empower unconventional individuals.

The Cambridge Information and Intellectual Property Meeting (CIIPM) was founded by Jane List of Extract Information and Stuart Newbold of Patent Search & Information Management in 2015. CIIPM hosts an ‘annual’ meeting and provides training in IP matters and patent information search and analysis. The CIIPM meeting provides an opportunity for knowledge sharing for those engaged with the commercialisation of technologies using intellectual property, and those needing information to make legal and commercial decisions. The annual meeting offers an afternoon of talks, workshops, and discussions, a small exhibition, networking opportunities, and has hosted a post graduate student poster competition. CIIPM also provides unique training courses blending theory and practice in IP Matters, IP Commercialisation, and Patent Searching for Legal and Commercial Insights. Training courses take place throughout the year virtually and at venues in Cambridge, UK, or by arrangement at your office or other location. Following the March 2022 meeting CIIPM have established a programme committee to help us maintain the strong programme and networking. We are very pleased that Claudia Duffy, Innovare IP, Isla Furlong, Director of Intellectual Property, PetMedix Ltd. Anne Jones, Senior Customer Success, ACS / CAS , Rob Mann, IP Manager, PragmatIC, Kerry Rees, Partner, HGF and Sam Winders, PatSnap have agreed to join the programme committee. The theme and programme for the 2023 meeting will be announced from September 2022.

We are a training company offering courses for the Workplace and Healthcare sector Plans for 2023: As regional trainers we’re concerned by the price of fuel and train tickets, strikes and protests, and as such the core team are concerned about making commitments to customers that we can’t keep. Each of the trainers have reduced the distance they are willing to travel and as such the area they are able to cover. At present, we’re only looking to make available about six months. Hopefully this will improve as the outlook improves. Coronavirus Update: The UK Resus Council have confirmed that their ‘Pandemic Protocols’ are not to be considered temporary and we are to treat them as the new norm. This means that a leaner only has to demonstrate effective chest compression to demonstrate competence. The group size is now an increasingly important factor as distancing still needs to be observed on any course. We are minded to cap any course to 12 unless the room size permits otherwise. With her friendly approach, she aims to build confidence and competence in responding to medical emergencies. Her experienced and highly qualified team has trained over a thousand people in lifesaving skills, and are passionate about what they teach. In 2023 Jenny received a f:Entrepreneur #ialso100 campaign nomination. The #ialso100 campaign celebrates a growing trend of women creating new ways of working, and new measures of success for entrepreneurship. They state; “We are moving from the single job career to a world where it is possible and encouraged to do many things, often interconnecting, at the same time across the work and personal spectrum – and be passionate about them all.” Jenny is also mum to 2 boys. Multi-award winning Pigfoot Theatre tell stories about the climate and ecological crisis, with the least carbon impact possible. An associate company of English Touring Theatre (ETT), our work ‘practises what it preaches’ (The Sunday Times on Pigfoot) and protests within an industry which, in London alone, has a carbon footprint of 50,000 tonnes a year. Our bike-powered family comedy ‘How To Save A Rock’ has toured with ETT to Northern Stage and Theatre By The Lake, with Battersea Arts Centre & Found in Music, and with support from Slung Low to the Albany, Camden People’s Theatre, Poplar Union, the Pound Arts Centre, and more. HOT IN HERE (an energy-generating dance party), co-produced by the Gate Theatre, commissioned and supported by Camden People's Theatre, toured across the UK in Autumn 2022 to venues including Theatre by the Lake, York Theatre Royal, MAST Southampton, the North Wall Arts Centre, the egg Bath, mac Birmingham, ARC Stockton Arts Centre, Nonsuch Studios, and Contact Manchester. Our new show, Hostile Environments, supported by Boundless Theatre’s Accelerator programme, will begin development in 2023. We have also run workshops, delivered sustainability consultancy, and run engagement programmes for organisations including the National Theatre, Southbank Centre, Rambert, HOME Manchester, and Guildhall School of Speech and Drama. Pigfoot began in Oxford, producing site-specific work by the River Thames and at the Oxford Playhouse.
