Hi I'm Lisa and I live in the middle of the Test Valley in Hampshire, with my husband, two children, my dog Inca and cat Ebury. After having my son George in 2015 and moving from a city to a village, I decided to put my career in the corporate world on hold and spend time at home being a mummy. This life style change enabled me to explore my creative side. I loved living in a village and joined one of the local village WI groups and their craft club. I also took a number of workshops including blind making and cake decorating. However my love of jewellery, magpie tendencies and previous experience with bead work, soon lead me to the magic of Silver Clay. Once I found Silver Clay I was hooked! My ability and design ideas soon had my teacher suggesting I start a small business. This is how Country Designs by Lisa was born in 2017. All my work is inspired by the country side and nature around me. I love nothing more than going foraging on a dog walk or when out and about with my children and often come back with pockets filled with more items collected on walks than my children! . I love to learn and am continuing to update my skills and over the last few years I have added traditional silversmith techniques to my work. I have also passed my Level 1 and Level 2 Art Clay certificates and i'm currently working towards my Level 3. Gaining Level 1 & 2 enables me to teach under the Art Clay banner, this was very important for me to pass before I started to teach as it gives me the knowledge and skills to teach my students correctly. Most of my range, except some smaller items, are fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office. This is a 700 year old tradition that gives buyers the assurance they are buying a quality item which has been fully tested by the Assay Office. About Dani….Dani Diosi DipHe, DypHyp MHS is a highly qualified and experienced Antenatal & Childbirth educator, hypnotherapist, Doula and NLP Master Practioner With nearly 20 years experience. Her passion combined with vast experience in all areas makes her uniquely qualified to train hypnobirthing practitioners and teachers and it is her absolute passion to enable as many people as possible to pass on hypnobirthing techniques in a way that highlights their existing skill set. She understands the juggle of running a successful business whilst wanting to support as many pregnant parents through a smooth birth and is creating a ripple effect within the industry to empower more businesses that work within the birthing & pregnancy areas to include hypnobirthing as a way to give you and your clients more empowerment and confidence. She originally taught for the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) and utilised her own experience as a mother to twins to specialise in multiple birth classes. She subsequently qualified in Natal Hypnotherapy in 2008 and worked very closely with Maggie Howell (Natal Hypnotherapy’s founder and director) teaching the course and training and assessing new practitioners. Dani set up her own hypnobirthing programme in 2015 after qualifying as a hypnotherapist in 2012 and is a recognised Doula with Doula UK and Birth Bliss . She recognises the importance of learning knowledge in a fun, supportive way but also in a way that you can tailor to your strengths. This is the exact reason she has created her hypnobirthing teacher training courses in a way that gives you all the training you need but she also teaches how you can integrate it into an existing business and / or develop your own way of delivery. Being unique and standing out is so important as that’s why your clients will want to work with you. Dani also works with expectant parents co-founder of the successful AllAboutAntenatal programme. I currently live in Edinburgh working full-time as a music tutor and performing musician. I graduated with a BA in Popular Music from Edinburgh Napier University where I was able to hone my craft by composing, performing, improvising, and training on the piano and guitar. I have surrounded myself with many great musicians and other piano teachers who keep me inspired and on top of my game. Jazz and popular music is my specialty however, I have studied classical piano and love Bartok, Schumann, Debussy, and Chopin to name a few. Each person has their own desires and reasons for playing music so I do not simply teach from a single textbook. I value good technique and an understanding of music theory but also seek to inspire and foster creativity. I have spent countless hours and hundreds of pounds researching music books and teaching methods. Fully equipped, this allows me to tailor each lesson to the student's aims, allowing them to love playing music while developing their technical skillset. At present, I have around 25 students a week as a private music teacher here at my home, or at their homes. As a live performer, I work with three live performance agencies, WooHoo, Banana Row, and Music For Scotland. They send me bookings for performances at weddings, parties, and corporate and private events across Scotland and the UK. Also, I work with various bands in Edinburgh and Glasgow performing regularly in venues such as The Jazz Bar, Stramash, The Dog House, Uno Mas, The Barony Bar, and Whistle Binkies. I have just finished writing my debut album with my band Sekoya and we recorded this in Memphis, TN in November 2022 at the studio and record label Court Square Recordings. The album is due for release summer of 2023, stay tuned for the album launch event. We are also in the process of making a documentary about the making of the album this should be released around the same time, courtesy of David Hagen Media. Another creative outlet that I spend time working on is my variety performance show, a combination of magic and music mixed in with comedy, to be performed each year as a part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival under the name Luke Closely. If I am not doing this then I am busy at work with Night Owl Shows performing various tribute shows to various famous artists.

The Keep Britain Working campaign was launched in April 2020 in response to the employment crisis as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The initial aim of the campaign was to preserve jobs and protect livelihoods through building a movement of positivity to help share, connect and inspire employers, workers and the country. We crowdsourced ideas on what could be done to Keep Britain Working, connected businesses with redeployment opportunities and inspired business leaders across the country to pledge to preserve as many jobs as possible during this challenging period. As we move out of the pandemic, many people across the UK are still struggling to look for work. We want to offer ongoing support to job seekers through continuing to share free courses, webinars and articles to help people in their journey towards sustainable employment.

We set out to share best practice and work on joint ventures such as a portable method of case analysis teaching, ethics vignettes, conferences held on areas of topical interest and concern and training for Facilitators and Pupil Supervisors. The ICCA Board of Governors considers project briefs from its academic team, members of the Bar or the Judiciary and makes decisions depending on the scope of the work and the cost.

I am a teacher, workshop facilitator, coach, musician and composer living in the south-west of the UK. My work brings together the power of music, chant and sound with an embodied and nature-based approach to life. I see embodiment as a way to be more fully present with the full reality of who I am as a human being, and I experience the meeting places of music, nature and embodiment both as crucial personal resources and as powerful and positive tools in creating and strengthening community. Much of my work seeks to engage with the huge challenges of our time and in particular the marginalisation of people, planet and parts of ourselves. I see connecting to the web of life as a daily practice which needs continual remembering amid the many potential pulls to forget this interconnection.
